production (Former Employee) says"Management don't know how to treat there employees. If anything happens that's involving punishment management will look for scapegoats(hourly). Its never there fault. Extremely high turn over rate. Listen up management! You don't know everything listen to the people who run the line everyday trust me it will help. That little production record run you had was because production workers put the hard work in. Also quality over quantity hint hint. Union is horrible no real representation unless your part of the good ole boy click. 10 dollars a week plus two percent of your pay monthly what a joke. Stay away from this place unless your desperate. Cons: crazy shifts, horrible production supervisors, and slaving"

The work was challenging in that I had to figure out how much the product weighed so I would not overload the trucks.
