"Terrible work environment conditions. Most are drug users. People there are snakes. Backstabbing disgusting people. They will take advantage of you in any way possible . Do not apply here . It is a modern day sweat shop . Filthy conditions . No breakroom . No on-site vending machines . Nothing . Terrible place to work Cons: Short break short lunch. Not given proper tools to do the job"

Warehouse Puller/Graveyard Shift (Former Employee) says

"you have lazy pullers there who punch in on the clock and start working 45 minutes later when other co workers are already working! This is everyday. Plus, their breaks are longer than their lunches. I hope one day the main managers from San Diego will fix this situation! Cons: work load is not spread out evenly"

"Let’s just say this is an million dollar company and they make you work in - degree weather for 11$ an hour! They can at least pay you to freeze AT LEAST! Then you will not get a raise if you’re not hitting the production Quota. They don’t let you leave the building on you’re breaks they let you go to you’re car lunch break but claim you can’t sit in you’re car have to run to you’re car and come right back in which is really sad! And the hiring manager or whoever that lady that takes applications is , she is extremely rude and sarcastic! She will get under you’re skin and say the ost slickiest things! STAY AWAY FROM SHERWOODS I PROMISE ITS NOT WORTH IT!"

Order Puller (Current Employee) says

"This job is horrible, they went through 2 sets of managers the next were no better than the last. I was promised raises that never fell through. I constantly injured myself on the job and management could care less, they’re bottom line is getting work done. They don’t care about they’re employees at all from the supervisors to the managers to the HR department. No one cares. Busted my head wide open and wasn’t even taken to the clinic. This job is only good to prep for any other warehouse job if you can last there you will flourish anywhere else"

I was told by a transportation supervisor if I did a great job, I would be hired on full time, which was a lie told to all Temps to keep them coming back. I am not sure how they treat thier full time drivers but be careful if you're a temp driver and get sent to work for this place. Protect your self and your Cdl. Cons: Listed in the review"
