"Very poor at the following: Leadership, strategy, vision, product development, people development"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Management has no idea what is needed to make the company function. Decisions are made that are detrimental to the success of the company and employee. No advancement opportunities."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Below average pay for Charlotte. Raises are hard to come by. No upward movement for employees who are not in sales. It doesn't matter how hard you work. Structure is unorganized"

Former Employee - Marketing Intern says

"Don't really have the ability to do many things. I was often left with nothing to do. I worked around my class schedule so if they were in meetings when I got there I didn't have anything to do. The marketing team does a lot of trade shows and social media was farmed out to agencies. They do not involve interns in meetings of any kind."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"very top heavy management. needs more staff development and communication and information sharing among all locations."

National Sales Manager (Former Employee) says

"The work / life balance was pretty good at Schleich. The people in charge at the time had great character and good intentions to improve the company. It was difficult to understand an overall strategy though because of the high turn over of senior management.great benefitsno clarity"

Junior Account Manager (Current Employee) says

"Follow what you preach, if the company has a mission statement then everyone should follow it, this includes the employees that are very high up in the organization and making more."

Diane Mackie says

"Contacted them for replacement parts for the barn I bought because some of the pieces are broken. I emailed their customer service department 4 times now since Nov 15, 2019 with no response. What is the point in having a “contact us” page if there is NO customer service?"

Odette says

"Placed an order on the 13 April however I forgot to add an item so emailed to either amend or cancel the order. They have still not replied back to me today to apologise for a terrible service. I emailed them the 13 April, then again 15 April as I noticed they were dispatching it and then finally the 19th April to state my disappointment. I expected more from Schleich as a high quality toy company. Good products however make sure you never have to contact them."

Johnny Waddell says

"Prices always seem to be on the high side for my liking, Good selection though."
