The company is a subsidiary of Wolverine World Wide.Products commercialised by Saucony include footwear and clothing ranges, such as athletic shoes, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, shorts, and socks. Accesories include hats and backpacks.

An angry customer mentioned, "Saucony shoes are not good. I’ve gone on a few runs with them now and my feet/legs get more and more sore each time. The backs feel like they don’t really cover and support my heel, I am getting blisters half way up my heel. I figured by now they would be broken in and the blisters and soreness would go away, but that is not the case. My feet are worse off than they were in my OLD old shoes I was using before I got new ones. When I pay a lot for a Saucony shoe I expect great results. I am disappointed."

When they went down hill and had to adjust shifts giving people a chioce change shifts or quit with minimum payout and ridding of anyone that didn't work to their agenda, I lost faith in the company. "I worked for WWW in BR over the summer and it is honestly a terrible place. The hours are long, OT is suddenly sprung upon you, (I don't mind the extra hours) and the people that work there are all very rude and unintelligent. "I was very optimistic when I first stated, until I started having issue with a coworker whom I was presented to me as a assistant manager. This Co worker had an issue with me always coming in early, when I worked with her I wasn't allowed to help with any tasks, when I asked if there was anything I could do instead of standing around, she would just look at me with annoyances. I had spoke with the store manager about these interactions with this Co-Worker early on and she told me that she would try to schedule us apart for the most part, but this didn't happen all the time. The hardest part of going to work was the will to go in when I knew I would be working with her. I really was not able to enjoy the work environment to much concerning I just wanted out, I really couldn't believe some one like that had the ability to work with people so closely. I learned that I should of brought all incidences past the store manager and to home office. she is very lucky if she is still with the company.not working aside one of my co-workersworking with a bad co-worker"

"Since the company was sold multiple times it has no direction. Management has no idea what is going on half the time. Company does not like to hire within so there is no growth. People in upper management positions are not interested in their employees only customer service scores. Hours are being cut all the time and tasks are always multiplying. Stores are understaffed and moral is low,"

"I am a healthcare worker and also very active outside of work. I have worn Saucony Jazz originals for over 20 years. Then for the sake of the bottom line, this company has taken the perfect shoe and turned it into a cheap piece of junk. They removed cushion from the tongue of the shoe and also inside the shoe. I went from walking on a cloud to talking on cement. I am so disgusted"

"Placed an order online, and I recieved an order confirmation right away. 3 business days later, the order is not showing up in their system, and I waited 1.5 hours waiting to talk to customer service without any luck. I love their products but it shows how little they value their customers"

"I ordered Saucony Bullets on May 28th. On June 6, I reached out asking why they hadn't shipped yet (according to the order tracker). They never responded, but I received an automated email later the same day, stating that my order had been cancelled "due to customer requests or because inventory was unavailable at our warehouse." Considering the Saucony website clearly stated which sizes/colors were and were not available, I'm not sure why this happened. I'm also very disappointed that it took them over a week to let me know, and only after I had to reach out about my shipment. I've been wearing Saucony for years, but plan to move on to another company that takes customer service more seriously."

"Saucony does business with affiliates. After an affiliate sends a customer to the Saucony website, Saucony pays a commission on the sale amount if the customer ends up making a purchase. In my case, I used the affiliate, linked to Saucony, and immediately placed an order. Saucony then owed a small commission on the sale. Sadly, Saucony lied to the affiliate and said they wouldn't pay the commission because the sale came through another affiliate channel. This is not the case. Saucony wouldn't say who the other alleged affiliate was. I've made over a hundred cash back purchased without a problem until this one. Saucony is a dishonest company and I would not recommend doing business with them."
