Salvador Domingo Felipe Jacinto Dalí i Domènech, 1st Marquess of Dalí de Púbol; (11 May 1904 – 23 January 1989) was a Spanish Surrealist artist renowned for his technical skill, precise draftsmanship and the striking and bizarre images in his work. Born in Figueres, Catalonia, Dalí received his formal education in fine arts at Madrid. Influenced by Impressionism and the Renaissance masters from a young age, he became increasingly attracted to Cubism and avant-garde movements. He moved closer to Surrealism in the late 1920s and joined the Surrealist group in 1929, soon becoming one of its leading exponents. His best-known work, The Persistence of Memory, was completed in August 1931, and is one of the most famous Surrealist paintings. Dalí lived in France throughout the Spanish Civil War (1936 to 1939) before leaving for the United States in 1940 where he achieved commercial success. He returned to Spain in 1948 where he announced his return to the Catholic faith and developed his "nuclear mysticism" style, based on his interest in classicism, mysticism and recent scientific developments. Dalí's artistic repertoire included painting, graphic arts, film, sculpture, design and photography, at times in collaboration with other artists. He also wrote fiction, poetry, autobiography, essays and criticism. Major themes in his work include dreams, the subconscious, sexuality, religion, science and his closest personal relationships. To the dismay of those who held his work in high regard, and to the irritation of his critics, his eccentric and ostentatious public behavior sometimes drew more attention than his artwork. His public support for the Francoist regime, his commercial activities and the quality and authenticity of some of his late works have also been controversial. His life and work were an important influence on other Surrealists, pop art and contemporary artists such as Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst. There are two major museums devoted to his work: The Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, Spain and the Salvador Dalí Museum in Florida.

In December 1949 Dalí's sister Anna Maria published her book Salvador Dalí Seen by his Sister. Dalí was angered by passages which he considered derogatory towards his wife Gala and broke off relations with his family. When Dalí's father died in September 1950 Dalí learned that he had been virtually disinherited in his will. A two-year legal dispute followed over paintings and drawings Dalí had left in his family home, during which Dalí was accused of assaulting a public notary

"A hard sell, unlucky experience by the manager ! I was invited for a free face cleaning session from a work colleague who bought the product in one the boutiques in London. I went after a working day, a gym session and sauna. It was a late appointmnet. The staff were very professional, however they were like actors performing a play. A"clinical face specialist" checked the water on my skin face with a machine and was low, after sauna probably normal. "The cleaning was done by a lovely lady, I think the products were good, however the session took longer than expected (I would have been happy paying for that free cleaning session with that lovely lady) I started feeling very tired (low sugar level)I wanted to go home soon. When the lady realised I was not going to buy the creams on that day, she called another lady which was the manager. She was agresive and very direct making me feel really bad almost insulting saying my skin had wrinkles and she even laughter of me.. I was convinced by the product before the behaviour of that lady however I did not wanted to carry with it on that day, because the package was a heavy suitcase full of product and I was wearing a heavy gym bag already. I said to them I wanted to think about it. The true was that I founded inconvenient to carry that suitcase set on that night. I could not believe how they treat people who is not ready to buy their products. I did not like the freakiness of the manager of that speciphic boutique. Honestly, I won't recommend that place to my friends. Almost left the place crying just because I didn't want to buy the product on the day. Really disappointing. Shame to met people like that sometimes, specially at the end of a long working day :)"

"I want a refund. This stuff dries and looks like chalk"

"It's a scam. Don't go there. They charge you before the treatment and if something goes wrong never return your money back. I was supposed to do a microdermabrasia but was advised to do a mesotherapy that was actually something completely different! They charged me a price and then sent me a receipt for a lot less money. I made a complaint but nobody replied to my emails. The place and people look dodgy. Never going there back again."

"Elevatione products seem to show high potential risk for allergic reactions. Please be aware that in case of allergic reactions due to the elevatione products, you won’t get a refund, if you return them opened and without packaging. Although this is highly contradictory. In my case, I used the eye cream and the eye serum couple times, got severe rushes around my eyes and upper lip, returned the products and asked for a refund. Unfortunately I have to pay for both products regardless they caused the allergies. Better test the products for a while first before purchasing them, as they tend to be quite pricy. The customer service is very poor and hard to reach. For simple administration issues, they ask you to show up in their shop. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Elevatione as this is what they seem to care about most- the business."
