On August, 2018, Sales representative Dan Sherman did a review about Salesgenie on TRUSTRADIUS:

"We tested Salesgenie among several databases of leads. We did not purchase this product because it has few if any direct phone numbers and has limited emails. Our intention was to find primary contacts to sell our software. Finding emails is easy but finding direct phone numbers is very difficult. It would have been used by our inside sales/ telemarketing department."

PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN (Former Employee) says

"You are constantly asked to do to a little more and a little more. If you don't meet some arbitrary number they threaten to make you work on Saturday. Whenever I called my manager to let him know I was leaving the company. He asked me to bring the service truck back to the office, and when asked I was told I had a ride home. When I arrived at the office, I was told that I was no longer a Cook's employee and I would have to find a way home. Benefits and a paycheckEverything else."

"I worked there for 10 years due to the economy being so bad. We as workers broke all kinds of sales records as well as kept all our routs up to date unlike the rest of the company. But even when you made it to the presidents club you were still threatened all the time with your job if you didn’t keep up the sales even though you were just a technician and not a sales person. Your told to do the right thing only when it matters to them but when crunch time happens you just do whatever so they can still make their bonus money. So they only care about their Customers when it’s good for the company. I know so many different things they do to either rip off people and their employees. Too bad the company doesn’t treat its employees the right way. Because the employees bust their butts for them."

"Do not waste your time even applying to this company. They will always say it’s a Christian based company who’s priorities are the customers when in reality it’s about meeting a quota every month and money. YOU are responsible for literally everything, scheduling, making sure customers pay, call backs(have to be done immediately no matter if you’re 100 miles away) and up selling or “gold leads” so you’re also a salesman. They constantly change the way they do things, half the customers don’t know where their bill is cause they made a switch to email, older people don’t want that! Oh and they want you to convert everyone to quarterly service even though they have monthly. Worst of all it’s salary and you work usually 10 hours a day depending how terrible your route is"

"Cooks will suck you dry and spit you out. They expect you to happily break your back for them. They don't care if you spend 12 hours everyday but will criticize if you show up after running a 8 hour day. Would with a smile on my face jump into the deep dark abyss before taking another position at cooks."

"Cooks pest control was the worse job I ever had the stress level in setting up inspections and making sure that the appointments are set is to much the pay to hours worked was unbalanced and if you didnt make sales your pay did not match the hours."

"Treated houses with chemicals for the elimination of insects. Scheduled appointments with customers for service calls. Placed various traps for the elimination of rodents.Work by yourself.Hours."

"Pay wasn't bad while I was hourly but route salary is a different story! The manager lied about the pay! I worked 60 hours a week to bring home $800 every 2 weeks... The office staff sits on their butt and complains about you not collecting from customers behind on their bill. You will work your butt off in commercial for nothing!!take home vehicleharassing customers over money for lazy office staff"

"The Birmingham office has terrible management which causes problems for all employees. Consistently behind and employees have to work extra to make up for it without overtime pay. Those who are great technicians are not rewarded. If you are employed here, plan on being a mediocre employee because that's who ends up rewarded.The company itself is great and other offices seem to have a better work environmentToo many"

"Very unorganized company!! expects workers to pick up slick because they can't get it together! never work for them!! By far the worst job i have ever had, Don't let them fool you they will hype it up so much but it's not worth it, the turn over rate is so high for a reason!!Starting is 14.42 an hourpoor management ; expected to work more than you signed up for"

"When I worked for Cook's pest control. They started off by telling me that you would be paid a certain amount of money. They also said that you would get a certain amount of gold leads percentage. The management at the Decatur office is a joke."

"Very demanding job. You are to stop your life completely to work here. They will break every promise they tell you, don’t get caught up in the lies they tell you. You are responsible for everything from scheduling, collections, inspections, and anything in between. Morale is at the lowest. The district manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. The pest manager is the only decent person in this place. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere"

"If you like 10 to 12 hour days, not being appreciated, constantly under the threat of being fired. Cooks Lenore city is for you. The manager there has been elevated beyond his Ability. Morale at that office couldn’t be any worse. Don’t believe any of the hype they tell you at the interview process. It’s nothing but a pack of lies. Everything is always your fault even if the Manager tells you to do that task.manager makes the rule Run away"

"I will just say that this job isnt what it was presented to be. I was hired for a position that I knew I would love, and then was moved shortly after. The pay is shady. They make it seem like youll earn a lot but you dont. I do not recommend working here. For a company that claims to have high christian values, they surely dont act like it."

"Poor management at Memphis residential. They put a sales manager in with no sales experience and he made the job terrible. It is your responsibility to make sure the customer does not cancel...not the technicians who are doing the service. Guess what happens if the customer cancels for bad service within the first year...they take that money BACK from you. Could be up $800 from a paycheck. The prices are double the competition. There’s so much more, but if you apply, you will see."
