S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology; often written as SMART) is a monitoring system included in computer hard disk drives (HDDs), solid-state drives (SSDs), and eMMC drives. Its primary function is to detect and report various indicators of drive reliability with the intent of anticipating imminent hardware failures.

The owner does not care and very lazy, expects others to do his job when they are not hired for his responsibilities. You do not feel cared for, instead you feel you work for a cheap narcissistic individual who doesn’t want to hear you out, it’s either his way or the highway."
Connector Bus Driver (Former Employee) says"Require employees to punch in at least 30 min before their shift. However the "terminal secretary" fills out your time sheet, based on first pickup time. Example.. begin at 4:30am for a 5:00 start. You dont get paid for the first half hour. For locateing vehicle + prepare for trip. VERY disrespectful office and dispatch personnel."

Ejecutivo de Cuenta (Former Employee) says"Horarios imposibles, los ejecutivos de cuenta deben estar disponible para la labor comercial de 6am a 9pm, las citas comerciales muchas veces son tarde de la noche y en sitios complicados de seguridad en la ciudad de Bogotá, la filosofía comercial es estar disponible las 24 horas del día, lo cual es nuy desgastante y estresante por que no se cuenta con tiempo para la familia o vida personal, no hay equilibrio vida-trabajo, toca trabajar muchos domingos y festivos también, adenas hacen firmar compromisos con citas de artículos código sustantivo de trabajo para tener las herramientas y terminar el contrato. Cons: Horarios imposibles, trabajas de 6am a 9pm"

A part from this, the experience was very rich and fruitful, where i had tasks i dealt with for the first time."

No career growth, this concept is fictional to this company. My co-workers had been in their positions for 5 years without any progress, Some of them were also downsized."

The car works well but the hands-free system has never worked satisfactorily with my iPhone 6, then I switched to the iPhone 7 and now does not work even with iPhone X; the smart dealer has intervened several times trying to improve the problem but has never changed anything; I still can not use it. I am angry about this situation considering that I use my the smart fortwo for work and without the hands-free, I am forced to use external headphones, and I think it is absurd!!! Please some one help me"
