R.R. Donnelley is an American Fortune 500 integrated communications company that provides marketing and business communications, commercial printing, and related services. Its corporate headquarters are located in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Charles Storch and Pat Widder for the Chicago Tribune mentioned how RR Donnelley names were subpoenaed by SEC, "R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. said Friday that the Securities and Exchange Commission has subpoenaed the names and addresses of all the employees at the two Donnelley plants that print Business Week magazine. The subpoena, received Friday afternoon by the Chicago commercial printing giant, comes amid growing reports that Donnelley workers may have been approached about providing advance copies of the magazine or may themselves have engaged in trading based on information contained in the magazine's Inside Wall Street column. At least three more brokerage houses in addition to Merrill Lynch & Co. also were implicated in the growing scandal Friday. Merrill Lynch said Thursday it fired a stockbroker, William Dillon, 33, from its New London, Conn., office in connection with the Business Week probe."

Management have no idea what they are doing, they allow bullying to take place, they don't hire enough staff for the workload and if you are friends with management of course you can get away with anything. If you are a hard worker instead of being praised or recognized for your hard work you just get given a bigger workload or take on someone else's. You are expected not to have a personal life and made to feel guilty if you have to take a day off etc. Oh and confidential paperwork was always left out, and clients lied to on a regular basis! "when you ask a question to your supervisor or coordinator they always seem to irgnore you, when they tell you no eating, chewing or building ahead of themselves but you see the assemblers eating on the line then its ok for them to eat and build ahead of themselves as if their being favored. I don't like that enivironment. we also have a very lazy coordinator who will not help our leads out and only stands there making excuses up about they got to do something else and assigns their own job to the leads as if the leads are coordinators. the only good thing about the company is our lead who trys her best to better the company and the people so that they feel welcome into the company and that it doesn't seem like they are being favored towards anyone."

"I ordered a book from the US to Australia. It has been in transit for 80 days and counting. No updates at all. The estimated shipping time was 21-36 days. I can understand delays especially given the current COVID-19 disruptions. However, I have ordered other items from the US and the UK since and they have all arrived within the estimated time. To add insult to injury, RRD's customer service is completely non-existent. Over the past 6 weeks, I have tried to contact them 4 times via their online form. They have NEVER responded. I have also tried to call the US number on their website; it disconnects immediately. Seems like other reviewers here have also had the same experience. I will definitely never order anything shipped by RRD again. I strongly advise anyone reading to do the same."
