An employee shares her experience on glassdoor.com and wouldn't recommend working here, "Working at Royce Investment Partners in Manhattan. High expectations can mean a stressful work environment. This is a Wall Street company and if you don't perform, you're gone. The dress code is professional. If you commute from outside of New York, the commute is a killer. Spending 2 hours commuting each way is draining and might not be worth the extra pay considering this and the extra taxes you have to pay."
