A customer under the name of Bart Read shared some thoughts about ¨Roger Dubuis Excalibur Quatuor FFF Racing Team Watch¨ in a review he wrote for A BLOG TO WATCH in June 2016: "Hmmm.... so I've been looking at quite a lot of Roger Dubuis watches (disclaimer: not with the intention of buying - I just hadn't really come across them until recently). The problem with a lot of them, and this one is the absolute paragon, is that whilst they're ludicrously expensive, they nonetheless look like they were designed by Invicta. I'm fine with stuff that's expensive and looks expensive. Cheap but looks expensive is even better. On the other hand expensive but looks cheap sucks. I'm sure people will buy them but I'm curious to know what kind of person spends $495,000 on a watch that looks quite a bit like a $200 gimmick."
