Service Technician (Former Employee) says

"If you are new to the industry it's awesome. If you have education or experience run. They have their favorites and do things how they want regardless of company policy. You have service guys going shopping every service call using credit cards carelessly. They do not do the job appropriately. Service Manager is clueless as to what goes on in the field. Management at corporate level is clueless of the truth from region management. Region manager lies about things and gets it passed through corporate. Robovent was recently bought, which is fine. It was sold for the purpose to grow. However, if they don't get the management and service under control it may not be good for them. If I could speak to the new owners I would tell them what holds the company back. The new owners seem to be doing ok so far though. Cons: Management, management knowledge of work, favoritism in the company."

Maintaince tech, troubleshooter (Former Employee) says

"I was terminated because the pm team didn’t take enough baffles and mesh to replace in Georgia. I informed the new micro-manager that was only supposed to be over the schedule and supplies three times before leaving out that their was not enough to complete the job. The lead on the pm crew said we just won’t change them all. I had to drive back to Knoxville the next day to get what they left. They had already almost lost that same contract over the same situation. When he terminated me I had 27.50 hours on the clock non-stop to save that contract but I got terminated. Really! I was also the senior technician Cons: Lower managerment is terrible."


"I worked at Robovent Cons: Poor management, always waiting for material to be delivered on the job, full of surprises, no where to move up in the company, Need more help when your out on the road. It would be an awesome company if they could actually get there act together and work as a Team instead of hiring a bunch of people off the street who know nothing about management."

"I worked at Robovent full-time for more than a year Cons: Extremely poorly run operation. Operations and plans change on a weekly basis. Many under qualified individuals in key positions. They do not know how to leverage outside talent (talent outside of the family) The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life."
