Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) is a holding company for a global life and health reinsurance entity based in Greater St. Louis within the western suburb of Chesterfield, Missouri, United States. With approximately $3.5 trillion of life reinsurance in force and assets of $76.7 billion as of December 31, 2019, RGA has grown to become the only international company to focus primarily on life and health-related reinsurance.

An employee shared this in a review, "Dysfunctional, out of control, complacent management (nepotism, yelling, and name calling) and HR does NOT protect their employees. Lots of overtime hours resulting in no work/life balance, uneven workloads among employees in the same dept. (some employees working overtime and weekends while other employees take cooking and exercise classes during working hours, cigarette breaks all day long, and walking path breaks every single day while everyone else is expected to cover their workload in their absence). Pay attention to what employees are telling you in their exit interviews or good employees will continue to leave for valid reasons. The annual employee survey is not an accurate reflection as most employees assume it is not confidential so they respond as such."
