I worked in 3 different cities so I had to pay for 3 different city taxes on top of insurance taken out and state and federal taxes ... this company is a slave ship... please avoid"

Unknown (Current Employee) says

"Beware**high turnover and new HR Department. Still trying to get feet wet. Not a culture of professional or best practices within the company. Management needs training and leadership skills. No vision of the business. Stuck in a "in the past" mantality. Mother may I leadership. No room for growth or advancement. Compensation is little to be desired. Office culture is lacking, offices are cubicles in small rooms."

Manager (Former Employee) says

"Extremely poor management from the top down. Employees, their contributions and time are not valued by the management. Below market pay, benefits and not an employee of choice. Some have carsInsurance, pay"

Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Upper management especially in the HR department can be defined as a "toxic leader". Will take credit when things go right, but will pass the blame onto lower level employees if things do not progress as planned . Very vindictive, emotional and biased.Free limo rides, first class plane tickets, paid spa days, if you're upper managementWork life balance is terrible, upper management offers minimal support."

Checker (Former Employee) says

"Worst place to work if you are colored person. There is nothing good about working for this company. If you're there to make quick cash, that is the place but if you want a career, you're in the wrong place.Discounts on damaged popsLack on advancement for minorities"

Field sales Admin (Former Employee) says

"Management will stress importance of teamwork and speed of trust yet none exist. If you go to your Managers with issues they turn it around and dismiss you and make you feel ashamed for coming to them with the issue instead of fixing the issues. The company is compartmentalized in such a way that communication suffers as well as teamwork. Some Market Directors bully and are very disrespectful mainly to women and those who are not on the front line selling. There appears to be a racist undertone, lots of cussing and unprofessional Sales Managers. They gossip and cause derision.Admin sales support is undervalued and underpaid. The turnover rate is extremely high. The owners of the company take a back seat and say nothing while this company continues to lose profits and good employees.Employee Discounts on Soda, decent benefitsDisrespect, undervalued and sub par pay"

Corporate Employee (Former Employee) says

"Company is poorly ran. Upper management is out of touch and vindictive. Constantly promised one thing and never received it. Communication stops at a certain level in hierarchy.Free productPoor work life balance, poor communication"

Warehouse Auditor (Former Employee) says

"Supervisors only concern is trying to get people fired, if not that you hardly see them doing anything. Very racist towards all minorities! They pay good but it’s not worth everything you have to deal with.Pay & Discounted PopThe racism, Management"

Sales (Current Employee) says

"Most management is incompetent and have highly unrealistic goals. They don't really understand what happens in day to day situations The time frame to complete tasks are ridiculous, so much so even higher up management literally says it's unrealistic. This place will work you into the ground and replace you 2 weeks after you quit."

HRBP (Former Employee) says

"Most of the company has great leaders except for HR. Unethical behavior and the top leadership is indifferent. As many told me, this used to be the best company to work for. It has changed for most departments. Within HR, it is not a place to remain."

Merchandiser (Former Employee) says

"Move up but not to high they get rid of ya,i worked 4 years 3 part time no late no call offs no write ups worked wherever needed and bam lay off 8 others less time than me and if you part time you can keep job they lay off a full timer hate this company the ruined my lifeGood moneyRuined my life"

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says

"The management is non existent 2nd shift plant supervisor never there on 2nd shift for employees needs. Good compensation for around here. The union is an absolute joke only protects people that are friends with union stewards if your not your screwed, also protects lazy people work life balance working here you be put on second shift for 12-15 years, also way to much drama that goes on here.Pay benefitsEverything else"

Geo Box Driver (Former Employee) says

"They change schedule to make sure less senior guys get there off days. But if you like working like a dog and being criticized all while fitting a 40’ box truck into tiny gas stations. Then not getting any time off your good. Any reasonable person should run far away from this job. You get hurt and they will fight everyday to make sure you come in. RUNMoneyAnything other then Money"

Merchandiser (Former Employee) says

"In this company EVERYONE makes more than you do, and you do 80% more work than everyone. You start your day by waking up at 4 AM and you have to be to your stores no later than 5 AM. If your truck is late to your store that day, you can kiss any plans you had good bye. If your truck is on 2nd stop you'll usually get your truck around 1 or 2 pm and you have to merchandise EVERYTHING even i you have 10 pallets of pop/new age items and if you don't then the account managers WILL complain and you'll get written up. The managers do NOT care about you, they will not help or they will say that they're sending help and it never shows up. The shift is supposed to be from 5 am to 1 pm, an 8 hour shift. If you're joining this company expecting to get off by 1 then you're sadly mistaken. You're lucky if you get off by 5 PM. and if you some how manage to get done before 12, they're going to send you miles away to help someone else. And if you're expecting to get weekends off then you're going to have to wait 10-15 years for the old guys to retire that aren't going anywhere.Pay, own SmartphonesOnly 2 days off, long work days, no help, poor mangament"

Merchandiser (Former Employee) says

"no work life balance. I felt like the company could have been a lot more diverse than it was. management could have been more consistent on rules and regularities."

Production (Current Employee) says

"Terrible place to work. Management lies and backstabs. They have there favorites and if your not one of them forget it. Pay is decent, benefits is ok but not worth it"

Merchandiser (Current Employee) says

"I really don't have much to say they don't care about there employees they work you to death and think that your never suppose to get tired. For the work you do your so under paid"

Frank says

"PepsiCo has a joint venture with the Strauss Group, an Israeli food company that provides financial support to the Israel Defence Forces. It sells Sabra Hummus products around the world. In doing business with Israeli companies that support Apartheid and human rights abuses committed by Israel, it actively supports and invests in the illegal Apartheid and breaches of the United Nations Charter on Human Rights. Boycott all Pepsi-owned products and take an ethical stand against this company. In doing so you are sending a message to them that it is immoral and completely unacceptable to continue to support the abuses of the indigenous people of Palestine."

Lila V. says

"Still waiting for the Pepsi alternative to Coke Zero, no luck yet"
