Intern (Current Employee) says"They promise many BIG things, but follow through on very little. I would say only 5% of people have a positive experience. Most just feel like they did a bunch of grunt work for free. Cons: no money more expenses, a summer not having fun"
Intern (Former Employee) says"Was given a menial job that provided little personal growth and demanded lots of free labor. Expected to pay for all work-related expenses out of my own pocket. Organization was completely hands-off, which meant that our learning opportunities came only from our own mistakes. Opportunities for (minimal) pay only come by joining the pyramid scheme-esque heirarchy of company equity. If you want an unpaid internship and are desperate for experience, it might be a good stop for a few months, but get out before they offer you the chance to be "paid.""
Team Lead (Former Employee) says"I did learn some good things, but overall i felt like they were just trying to squeeze me for everything I was worth and tyring to get the most out of me that they could. The top people put all the risk on the lower majority of employees and interns....I just didn't feel valued"
Associate Analyst (Former Employee) says"great place to get some experience."
