Line Operator/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"The only reason 90% of the people on one of the night crews that I worked on stay is because of the 4 days off. The pay is low to start off and takes at least 6 months to learn an entire machine that will boost your pay less than a dollar. The HR department has absolutely no idea what goes on, the production manager is a puppet and has almost no prior experience with his position. The place is one of the most unsafe jobs I’ve ever worked at. Cons: Literally everything"
Office Administrator (Former Employee) says"I strongly suggest researching not only the location you are interviewing at,but Kingspan as a whole. The Ireland based company failed to give raises for 7 years and was taken to court. Gives you an idea of the corporate mentality. If your in a tight spot and need something temporarily this may well work. The Columbus, OH location gives 2 percent raises annually no matter your performance, not much incentive to work harder. All locations rely heavily on contract workers. If you have a career i would not recommend Kingspan, if you need a job give it a try. At Kingpsan you are another cog in the wheel. Cons: Everything else"
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) says"Management skills were poor to much was expected of you holidays were hard to get only 1 person was allowed off at 1 time they changed that from 2 so you couldn't get the time off you wanted was glad to leave 1st 8 years it was a very good place to work but last 4 a nightmare"
Machine Operator (Former Employee) says"Decent job okay pay good benefits. Certain supervisors are unqualified and unfair. There is a definite clique within the higher-ups. Line leads are barely qualified to train,very impatient and like to yell at you. There is a definite reason this place has a very high turnover rate. Plant management wants numbers that's all."

Pay is reasonable for the area as an operator but fails to increase inline with extra duties of higher roles. If you do not play golf you will never amount to anything within this company. Assistent Hoofd TD (Current Employee) says"Als Assistent Hoofd Technische Dienst krijg je veel op je bordje wat je moet zien te managen in 'n te kort tijdsbestek. Daardoor is de werkbelasting hoog en moet je slim omgaan met de administratieve taken waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent. Druk van de leiding (Hoofd Technische dienst) omtrent uit te voeren werkzaamheden en rapportages is er altijd. Cons: Werkbelasting te hoog als Assisten Hoofd TD"
Operator 1 (Former Employee) says"Not a safe work environment, trip hazards everywhere and stuff on floor everywhere. Training is horrible. The management were nice but i did not like the work environment and their training is no good. Cons: long hours, you dont get trained well."
