Paul Smith Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Sir Paul Smith (born 5 July 1946) is a British fashion designer. His reputation is founded on his designs for men's clothing, but his business has expanded into other areas too. Smith was made a Royal Designer for Industry in 1991 and was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2000.His eponymous fashion company was founded in 1970 and has expanded into over 70 countries, selling its products via standalone stores, departments in high-end stores or malls, along with airport terminals, as well as the e-commerce section of its international website. Some of his brand's physical stores are recognized for their uniqueness and eccentricity, including the much-photographed vibrant, fluorescent pink flagship store in Los Angeles.

Lisa shared her shopping experience, "I love Paul Smith & was thrilled to find the time to come to the store rather than order online. I was ready to spend whatever depending on what I found -- what I found tho was awful service. The saleswoman saw me walk in and she left. I was stuck hauling things to the dressing room, running back and forth in my socks looking for other sizes, while she was god knows where. When she returned, I asked her to help with a size. She looked at me, left, and didn't come back. When she did, she didn't mention the size and wasn't bringing any other clothes with her. She showed zero interest in helping me find anything. I did find a dress I loved, a bag and a few shirts, but no way was I going to give her the sale. All I can say is, Paul Smith, if you want to sell those $1000 suits, you should train your staff to help sell them."
