Former Employee - Business Development Manager says

"- Too many sales rep in one location i.e. 68 sales rep in klang valley alone. That's crazy. - They do not treat their client well, so your reputation as a sales rep will be affected. - Commission is tier based and capped at max MYR3000 even though you exceeded the target. No point doing more. - Lack of ownership between departments. - Some head of department are inexperience and underqualified for the role."

Delhias Quality Auditor Trainer (Former Employee) says

"Not at all enjoyed working with Oyo and won't recoment it to anyone. Risk of self security, unfair business practices with hotel owner's which field team has to bear the anger of hotel owner's. Being in field team I also faced it once, hotel owner made me sit in his hotel for 5-6 hours and threatened me that if Oyo will give my outstanding money than only I will be allowed to go. Never work again with Oyo. Nothing no prosLong hours, security risk"

John Ferguson says

"I booked a room at the OYO hotel in Centralia, WA in late July 2020 via online booking. When I got to the hotel, I waited in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting on someone to show up. Office was sweltering and not working A/C.. Finally started to check in and they REQUIRED a $ 100.00 deposit, which is ok, but they REQUIRED CASH and would not take a credit card as was accepted for the reservation. Did not have cash and was not going to run out to find the closed bank. Went to another hotel without checking in to the OYO DUMP. OYO would not refund me one penny even though I never checked in. Place is a DUMP and TERRIBLE customer service."

Current Employee - Business Development Manager says

"OYO are brilliant at selling the dream but the day to day reality is more like a nightmare. They are single minded at achieving growth at any cost. Staff are continuing to be hired at an alarming rate with no thought put into the role or any support for it - you are left to yourself without a clue and then they fire you and repeat. Sales targets are murky and ever changing and commission is non existent."

Venue Manager (Current Employee) says

"They have hired people from different backgrounds who have no idea what they are doing! They are not cooperative at all, provide no guidance to their subordinates and they are just there for the salary which is credited at the end of the month.None, not even Oyo vouchers or stays for employeesEverything"

Jesse Neece says

"TERRIBLE!!! SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, AND A MASSIVE HEADACHE BY AVOIDING THIS COMPANY. This company is essentially a large-scale scam. I'm sure some people have slipped through the cracks and actually made it to a reservation but they are certainly the minority. Everyone I have spoken to has had the worst experience in booking with this company."

Former Employee - BDM says

"Everything, but a special mention on the recruiter team, not professional, they don't keep one word and very unorganized"

Business Development Manager (Current Employee) says

"Life ruining company for staff and clients . You will struggle to find a client who will say a nice thing about them never mind an employee, worst mistake of my lifeNoneEverything"
