John Ferguson says"I booked a room at the OYO hotel in Centralia, WA in late July 2020 via online booking. When I got to the hotel, I waited in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting on someone to show up. Office was sweltering and not working A/C.. Finally started to check in and they REQUIRED a $ 100.00 deposit, which is ok, but they REQUIRED CASH and would not take a credit card as was accepted for the reservation. Did not have cash and was not going to run out to find the closed bank. Went to another hotel without checking in to the OYO DUMP. OYO would not refund me one penny even though I never checked in. Place is a DUMP and TERRIBLE customer service."

They are single minded at achieving growth at any cost. Staff are continuing to be hired at an alarming rate with no thought put into the role or any support for it - you are left to yourself without a clue and then they fire you and repeat. Sales targets are murky and ever changing and commission is non existent."
