NetZero is an Internet service provider based in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California. It is a subsidiary of United Online, which in turn is a subsidiary of investment bank B. Riley Financial. United Online is also the parent of Juno Online Services and BlueLight Internet Services.

On November 2014 Steven from Minneapolis shared his awful experience with costumer service Of NetZero in a review for ConsumerAffairs: I got it and it was not compatible with my computer. I tried to call the awful customer service department located in The sigh Philippines. I wanted to return it and they said no but I could keep device. I talked to several people there. I talked to a 'manager' who told me he would transfer me to someone who could let me return the device. I got another woman who flatly denied that I could return it. I asked to be transferred to a US customer service department and they told me no. Just awful.

"I took a left turn in life working for this company. At first everything was great. We were working steady. After leaving my family for two weeks and not being compensated i quickly learned that they only care about the lunch, free hotels, free gashad to beg for your free lunch, hotel, and gas money when needed"

"Order number 128926. Placed an order on April 25th and am still waiting for delivery. It's impossible to track the order, which originated in China, went to London and, apparently is now in Saudi Arabia. The last tracking update was 10 days ago. There is no way to speak with anyone; when you call it goes directly to a message telling you to email them. I am very close to calling my credit card company and disputing the charge."
