"I felt proud for a while until I watched numerous good employees being dismissed for no apparent reason. It was hard to watch the top leader being paid a guaranteed annual salary over $150k while missionaries lived on very meager incomes with donations that they had to locate for themselves. Cons: job insecurity, multiple terminations"

"The mission of Kids Alive is great, as are the majority of field and office staff. The new management team however has employees leaving (or being asked to leave) very frequently. Join this team at your own risk. Cons: New management"
