A disappointed customer called Iana made some comments about her purchase experience with Deichmann SE in a review published by REVIEWS.IO: "I don’t advise to order anything from this store online. They lost the package but they took the money and send the invoice. They are not investigating anything. The customer service talks unrespectfully “what do you want from us?” - well, guys, I want my order on time. Never again.”
