"Works starts at 6:30am to 6:30pm bacause its a construction firm. Need to be awake around 4:45am to prepare, Its a company accomodation and free food and transportation, So less worry on the way to work. Management is nice they support any IT related request to make our job easier and faster, and the hardest part of the job is working late sometimes and no rest day on friday. i did not experience any training related to my work. i only rely from the internet and friends. Learned many things in this company, how to deal different type of people from asian to western and mostly arabs. i enjoyed working here because i love the job and its my line of work base on what i learned from school but the pay is not so good base from my scope of work. Cons: long hours and they are fun of working on rest days"
