Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Feld Entertainment full-time Cons: Very top-down culture. Micromanaging is a constant issue. I never did get to do the job I was hired to do. No creativity whatsoever and no advancement even when I'd gone to management on multiple occasions, offering help on larger projects, even after many late nights, weekend work, and on-the-side learning. There was little interest in increasing our skillsets, branching out, or keeping current - and most art is created by an outside agency, leaving nothing but simple entry level production work in-house. All creativity comes from brand and the client. There is no trust in creatives to do creative work, and more than once we've been told by brand that they'd "do the job themselves if they knew Photoshop". Our processes are more difficult than they need to be, and rely on old job bags and paper presentations, even when dealing with web work. There needs to be some serious restructuring."
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I have been working at Feld Entertainment full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Not really any discount on products. Company needs fresh eyes to move it forward. Some of the long-time execs here are causing this company to become irrelevant in today's world."
Adrian Davila says"I ordered Cher tickets back in 2019 as an anniversary present. Show was supposed to be in March 2020. Due to COVID-19, it was postponed to September 2020. We decided to wait for that show. Well, now the show is postponed with date "To Be Determined". They will not issue a refund, and told me I could sell my tickets on a resale site instead. I tried that, but the site won't even list my tickets until there is a date announced. I have asked for a refund, because I can now not attend the show I paid for, because I'm not going to be anywhere close to the area any longer. I explained this, and Ticket Network offered me a solution that wasn't a solution. Very poor customer service. I want my money back. I get that we are in a pandemic, but if a service cannot be delivered in a timely fashion, we should have the option for a refund. I will be escalating this to my bank and the BBB if something is not done."
dale trolard says"To all viewers I am still having issues with ticketnetwork.com my event was postponed until 2022 am not able to get tickets ticketnetwork transferred tickets to a web store which you have to pay a RIP off do not use"
sstea says"ABSOLUTE THIEVES!! They claim 100% money back guarantee "if event is cancelled". Event is cancelled, ...Ticket Network will NOT refund you your money back and are HORRIBLY rude!!!!"
Alana Reeves says"I planned a birthday surprise for my husband and COVID happened, they rescheduled the event for random day and refused to issue me a refund, the hotel was able to be cancelled and refunded, everything else was able to be cancelled except for this shady place. It’s not safe to be at group events but these money hungry people are stating that if you don’t want to attend the event in a pandemic then sell the tickets. I had taken off days to attend this event. I can’t magically get the new date off of work, there wasn’t even a choice of dates offered. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE, WELL KNOWN SITE!!!"
