Bellman (Former Employee) says

"There's no such thing as a typical day at the Mondrian because you never know what can happen. The best thing about working at the Mondrian is the interaction with guests because of the different cultures you're exposed to. Also, upper management tends to worry more about employees conversing with each other rather than the needs of the hotel. When there's bad reviews for the hotel, the lower level employees are the scapegoat for blame. Don't believe me, just ask a current employee."
