Ludmya "Mia" Love (née Bourdeau; December 6, 1975) is an American political commenter and politician who served as the U.S. Representative for Utah's 4th congressional district from 2015 to 2019. A Haitian American, Love was the first black female Republican elected to Congress.
POLITICO WEBSITE reported in 2018 that for the 2016 election season, Love received about $63,000 in donations from gun lobbyists and was endorsed by the National Rifle Association.

Multiple employees and patients (from all over the states) have come into the clinics and call center with Covid and NOTHING was done. They felt as a “company” they shouldn’t let their staff know about anyone being sick. They have a “no bully tolerance” yet the general manager, supervisors, and HR are the main ones. It is not an enjoyable work place you will leave stressed everyday. They do not pay you enough to deal with everything that you have to do and everyone is replaceable. Putting with incompetent humans (Former Employee) says"A typical day is the million of demanding emails and calls from patients demanding answers. you have your management walking around literally,all day just assigning but not helping with workload. Your trained by young girls who wants fake body parts. Nothing is professional there no real structure towards working as a team because management does not work as managers because they are best friends or family related. So if you are apart of the clique your singled out and set up for failure .The company is a scam. they book many patients and have a no refund policy! stealing money from patients. If you want to work in a stressful anxiety unprofessional place this is it! Stay away"

They threaten you every 2 weeks that you will be fired to make sure you reach your goal. They make you sell $80k plus every 2 weeks and if you don’t they just fire you. They don’t care and they don’t realize that summer is a slow season for plastic surgery. The manager raises her voice at employees as if they were cchildren"

Call Center Agent (Former Employee) says"If you ever seen the movie mean girls don’t work here. This place discriminates people for their gender, sexual orientation and tax brackets. I’ve never felt so physically and emotionally and mentally uncomfortable at a job ever I felt like I was walking on egg shells every day. Managers are nowhere to be found and they asked you to do one thing but then expect you to do something else without ever telling you. If you ever get into a disagreement with someone it becomes a huge problem. If you were ever a patient there and you don’t fall under their criteria‘s of what is considered beautiful they will talk about you, disrespect you, say racial slurs , go through your social media and make fun of you leave nasty comments etc. The culture of the job literally has no structure it’s legitimately high school with a capital . You’re literally thrown into situations that either you’ve never been in or you have the slightest bit of knowledge to excel in. If you’re comfortable with being around shallow insecure women all day then be my guest this is the job for you. Also you’re on salary so if they tell you they’re you’re getting paid hourly unfortunately that’s a lie so any overtime that you do you will not be paid for whatsoever. Cons: Management, work life balance, discrimination, lack of communication, all of the above"

Some of the girls would stop taking calls when they felt like it management did not care or take any act when they were aware. The labs department Concierges or Surgical coodornitor scheduling team never answer the phone so you have to place customers on long holds to find the person they need and it’s unprofessional the doctors are never available they are always messing up patients info it’s just very unprofessional Cons: All"
Coordinator (Former Employee) says"I got convinced to leave my whole other job for this, only to last less than a week. I got shamed because i own 2 phones.Everyone would emphasize that i owned two cell phones I'm assuming people live under a rock and are incompetent there.The whole department would be glued to their cellphones and wouldn't reprimanded about the fact. My sad excuse of a "supervisor" reported me for apparently using my phones, while in fact i never had them on me, even wrote on my termination letter that i had a messenger app connected to a computer. I literally learned the whole system in 3 days just to get let go. They spent and waste other peoples time and money. I feel so bad for anyone that gets hired. I also wish the best for this lady that reported me instead of pulling me to the side to speak about what bothered her. I do thank her because if it wasn't for me being let go of i wouldn't currently be in this company I work for making triple of what she makes. Envy is a deadly sin, i wish those petty people the best."
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) says"A typical day at Mia Aesthetics would start off by hearing other co workers talk about each other behind their backs. Anything you do outside of work will be known and spoken about to everyone. Extremely poor management. You aren't able to open up to anyone in higher management because they're the ones that love gossiping the most. You get in trouble for not taking your mandatory lunch breaks even if you tell your manager you had no time because of work load. Hardest part was having to work with a lot of very young girls who aren't motivated at work. The most enjoyable part was working with patients who appreciate the time and care you give to making them feel comfortable throughout their process. Cons: very short or no breaks a lot of the time"
Command center coordinator (Former Employee) says"Please keep in mind I am only rating them 2 stars because of the lovely (only few) co workers I meet along the process. Over all this company is GARBAGE. They have supervisors whom are manipulative liars who fill you with false hope. If you get hired by HR but the supervisors within the office decide they "don't like you" you'll basically become blacklisted. They offer absolutely NO room for growth or raise in pay! If they do offer, its solely for their benefit only I PROMISE. No matter how nice you are to people they'll always start some drama throughout departments forcing me to compare this company to a high-school. I do not recommend applying for this company unless you want to get stuck."
