Memo Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

The memo is short for memorandum, a document, or other communication.

A memorandum (abbrev.: memo; from Latin memorandum est, "It must be remembered") is a written message that may be used in a business office. The plural form of the Latin noun memorandum so derived is properly memoranda, but if the word is deemed to have become a word of the English language, the plural memorandums, abbreviated to memos, may be used.

In law, a memorandum is a record of the terms of a transaction or contract, such as a policy memo, memorandum of understanding, memorandum of agreement, or memorandum of association. Other memorandum formats include briefing notes, reports, letters, or binders. They may be considered grey literature. In business, a memo is typically used by firms for internal communication, while letters are typically for external communication. Memorandum formatting may vary by office or institution. If the intended recipient is a cabinet minister or a senior executive, the format might be rigidly defined and limited to one or two pages. If the recipient is a colleague, the formatting requirements are more flexible.

An entrepreneur writes" Memo is one of the essential documents in the business world. However, there are different layouts for writing an accurate memo isn't specified which makes it very difficult to get a clearer understanding of how a well written memo should be. To a greater fraction of people in the business world, a signature is a must and to others it isn't which confuses others as to how to go about it. Aside that, it is a file which is easily lost due to its size."

call center medewerker (Former Employee) says

"I worked at Memo Global full-time for less than a year Cons: These disgusting group actually scam people from THIRD WORLD countries and try to convince them they will help them get visa to the US, Canada or Australia. Absolutely horrific work. I worked there for 2 weeks and ended up confronting the boss about how we were basically stealing people's money because almost no-one ends up with a visa. He gave me a smug look, trying to convince me (or himself) that this isn't true. Please stay away from the moral forsaken place"

Melinda Ortega says

"I am not normally someone who will write a bad review I will talk privately with who ever I need to in the company about my concerns or issues but after almost two months of waiting for my package and getting nothing but the run around and a “you Handel it” answers into who I need to contact I think it is necessary. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but it seems like this company and the company they use to deliver have used it as an excuse to offer bad customer service. This has been going on fo awhile and if you’re company is not able to deliver goods purchased with in a certain amount of time it should be noted the delivery time or do not allow orders to that specific country in my case to the US. Also you’re customer service company and logisitic team should be able to communicate with the company delivering your product instead i was met with a here’s the number you call them. At this point I just want my money back because I do not want to do business with this company and I was told I have to wait even if I have not received the my product or an answer as too when I will receive I really wish I had looked up reviews on how tyhis company does business I am extremely disappointed."

Charles BLUMENFELD says

"I still haven't received my order"

Amelia Soto Nava says

"Didn’t work! Super disappointed!!!!"

Xchel Acosta says

"Horrible Ownership Additional Shipping Costs I purchased a printer with Phomemo about a month ago, I received confirmation shortly after and was very happily waiting for further updates. After a week or so of not receiving tracking details I wrote to CS to get the tracking details for my order and I was then informed that they can no longer ship to my country free of charge and that I would need to pay additional shipping costs if I wanted the order or as a second option they could cancel the order. I understand that shipping situations happen, but them not letting me know until days after I payed for the product and only when I reached out is unacceptable to me. I am so disappointed, and I am so sorry this happened."
