"The COO and his assistant make changes without concern for the effects on employees or business needs. The environment is pure cancer. You only advice if you are friends with the COO."

"The work place was always very stressful and everyone was always on edge and the managment did nothing to try and raise morale. Safety was an issue as well even though we had rules to help with safety not many people actually listened to them"

"This is a company that is up and down a lot with their workload. No advanced warning of a lay off. Certain employees are very competitive and hard to work with. Paid time off is not considered as time worked so no shift premium paid on those days and no overtime pay unless you actually work the 40 hours.The company has a small budget for tooling and on many occasions tools would need to be removed from another machine just to complete a job. A lot of time is wasted looking for tooling and trying to run defective programs. Cons: poorly run shop, very ineffcient, hard work not recognized"

"The work was challenging and something different to do during the day or week. Job packages were organized well with city stock. Some of the people in front line leadership had unhappy attitudes. Some liked to micro manage. Cons: Clicky work group"

"mostly concrete and scaffolding skills applied. long hours and attention to detail is a must. Mostly working in dangerous work sites with numerous different contractors and workers working together. Cons: bad management."
