MegaPath is Now Fusion Connect Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
MegaPath is a business telecommunications company. Founded in 1996, it provides a voice, unified communications, internet access, Managed Security Services, and cloud computing services to carrier and service-provider businesses in the United States. The company is headquartered in Pleasanton, California.
Steven shares his disappointing experience on getvoip.com, "I have been with Megapath for more than 10 years for a small law office, and although the phone system generally works well, the tech support is very poor. As long as no problems occur, you should be fine. But as soon as anything goes wrong, and, unfortunately, sometimes that happens, I regret having used this company. Reluctantly, I am switching now to another company and cannot recommend Megapath."
