Telescopic Forklift Operator (Current Employee) says"Start by getting tools and material and work area ready for the day. We fill out our THA and get are floorplans and get the job done. We are constantly drinking water, and take to 10min breaks and one 30min lunch. Some of the bosses are cool others are not. My co-workers are all the best hard working guys, and there is always something new youlearn if you ask questions. Cons: no paid vacations, not enough overtime, things do not run smoothly"
