"I worked at Matt Construction full-time Cons: Cloak and dagger executive culture, lack of honesty/integrity. Company processes lack efficiency. Executive staff has questionable knowledge of means and methods/logic. Exhibits unethical employment practices. Nepotism is frequent throughout the company."says
"I worked at Matt Construction Cons: The Company is profit driven. There is no compassion for their employees. The Company will put profit ahead of employee well being. Employee morale and satisfaction are at an all time low. The company treats one being employed there as a privilege and not a place for growth and personal achievement. Expectation from one is great, but the rewards are few and far in between."Former Employee - Project Engineer says
"I worked at Matt Construction full-time for more than a year Cons: No Consistency Across Company policies and little communication within the company itself."Former Employee - Senior Project Manager says
"I worked at Matt Construction full-time for less than a year Cons: Old school approach to planning and running projects. Preconstruction not resourced adequately. Too many chiefs. Women in operations are not valued."Former Employee - Project Accountant says
"I worked at Matt Construction full-time for more than a year Cons: The Matt family is awesome but some of the hired executives like the President and CFO aren't what you would call the friendliest or most caring people A lot of the back office processes are done exactly the same by everyone, so if one person is sick somebody else can jump right in, which makes sense but kind feels like being micro managed"Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says
"I worked at Matt Construction full-time Cons: too many executives and politics"Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says
"I worked at Matt Construction full-time Cons: A ton of family works there at all different levels. That can sometimes be a hindrance. The CFO is not my favorite."Social Media
