On June 2018, a former production operator angrily wrote at INDEED about working at Masco:

"This company is unethical, and harmful to the communicates that are targets. Through acquisitions, Masco consumes competitors only to run the plant into the ground. This company harms communities, ignores the safety of its workers, and uses tax dollars to do it. I recommend you research Mills Pride in Waverly, Ohio. Prior to considering applying at any Masco affiliate."

Fab Inspector (Former Employee) says

"From management down Mercury Plastics was easily the worst job I’ve ever had. Advertise that you can make x amount of money if you work hard but set you up for failure by making ALL the rates unattainable. Unless your are on first shift. Unorganized, most definitely unsafe, and no form of leadership. There’s safety hazards every which way you turn. Everyone wants to know your business and gossip. Just save yourself the headache and chose a different place to work."

Merchandising Retail Sales & Service (Former Employee) says

"Low pay with high demands. Manager has no concept of Canadian territories being from the US. Work itself is demanding but you work on your own so set your own pace. Recently Masco laid off 106 of its US employees. The Lowes stores they were servicing have hired a internal group to service. Reps are now travelling more and covering greater territories. In Canada there were 7 reps now only 4. Not a solid future.Set your own schedule and paceLow pay, no job security, reporting to a US manager"

Production Worker (Current Employee) says

"You'll have to do 4-5 different jobs simultaneously somehow and your managers won't care that you're stressed. I'd recommend not going anywhere near this place, unless you enjoy being ignored and overworked.Literally noneOverworked, underpaid, just about invisible"

Hospital Operator (Former Employee) says

"If you ever want to go back to sitting at your high school desk with grown people telling you to be quiet come here. You work in a tiny room with 10-15 other people . You have to take incoming calls and also send out pages to doctors, do dispatch among other things. No upward advancement. You come here to die basicially. There is no customer interaction and lots of micromanaging.there are none I can think ofEverything there. They really need to rethink the work model."

production lead/ machine operator (Former Employee) says

"I was an employee of 9 years worked as a production lead and machine operator in a lot of departments. there attendance policy sucks and the management team is right there with it. they always pick who they like for jobs instead of who is more qualified and who has more time in the company. I liked my co-workers and employees I never had one person that I could not work well with. if it wasn't for there management and stupid policies people might, company policies"

Manager (Current Employee) says

"horrible place to work. they act like they give a and they could not possibly care less. your superiors will always be lying and manipulating. I have never worked in such a terrible place."

Production Operations (Former Employee) says

"This company is unethical, and harmful to the communicates that is targets. Through acquisitions MASCO consumes competitors only to run the plant into the ground. This company harms communities, ignores the safety of its workers, and uses tax dollars to do it. I recommend you research Mills Pride in Waverly, Ohio. Agency Associate (Current Employee) says

"I was employed as a contract worker. I did data entry for the cabinet orders. I was terribly mistreated everyday, im not sure if it was because of my race or job status. I literally dreaded going to work, the atmosphere was so toxic, being commonly referred to as "the temp" instead of my name. I would not recommended."

Cabinet builder (Former Employee) says

"This place sucks, it's hot first off, the work is fairly easy but tiring ! You get 3 breaks but the break room is so classless & dirty it's sad. Old school equipment, dirty dirty dirty place. Insulin hanging out of the walls, cobwebs in the ceiling. The bathrooms are a DISGRACE, the people up there don't even wash their hands GROSS. They force you to count during morning exercises. Training is trash they show you 3 times how to do something then boom you on your own for the next 3 hours until they remember they're training you. The pay isn't even worth it honestly. Not friendly or welcoming people, they watch you struggle with a task and don't even help. I would not not recommend someone working here.Leaving during breaks to escape that AWFUL place for a good 30 minutes.Having to come back after break is over."

Delivery Driver (Current Employee) says

"Masco is definitely one of the worst places I've ever worked at. The communication is terrible. No structure. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyoneNoneLots"

AR SPECIALIST (Former Employee) says

"Working in the AR billing department is a set up for failure position. The pay is not good at all especially for a bachelor degree requirement. The company is disconnected with corporate office. Save your time and stay away from MASCO especially the Dublin location. Promises are told but not delivered. They chew you up and spit you out.locationLow pay, Poor management, No company structure"

Insulation Specialist (Current Employee) says

"Company lured me in under false pretences. Promised that after 90 days pay would change, 5 months later still no pay increase, moved my entire family only to be given the run around, no organization and lack of management. If there are no jobs lined up, they don't call you into work, its like your an immigrant just waiting for work as it comes. It's not a full time gig and you can not really grow with this company or survive with the pay they offer, yet expect the most from you and for you to continue to wait. No one ever has answers about anything that you ask about. they always pass the buck.hours are semi decenteverything"
