The bank owns the Buffalo Savings Bank building in downtown Buffalo. M&T Bank also sponsors M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens. M&T Bank is the official bank of the Buffalo Bills in Western New York and of their home Stadium New Era Field in Orchard Park, New York. An unhappy customer shared this in a review, "In the current environment I have to make an appointment to enter the branch, that's fine. I made an appointment for 1pm on a Friday. I arrived on time and there was already someone in the branch. I told security I had an appointment. An employee came to the door and spoke to me through the glass, which I couldn't hear. Since we were both wearing masks this seemed unnecessary and inconsiderate. Once she opened the door she explained that only one person at a time could be in the branch. I asked if I could sit on a chair in the waiting area, which was at least 10 ft away from any office or the teller line, and was told no. So instead, I waited past my appointment time, in the vestibule, less than 3 feet from customers who came in to use the ATM. There was a minimum of 10 posted signs at the doors and throughout the branch to keep 6 ft away, yet I'm forced to stand in a vestibule to wait and be too close to other customers, rather than be comfortable, safe, and more than the necessary social distance away from others, inside in the waiting area. I mentioned this to the teller and she didn't even respond; also very rude. This happened at the University Plaza branch on Main St. Let's use some common sense with the social distancing rules. This experience was inconvenient and unnecessary."

"I have been trying forever to get refund for the airline canceling my flight. I have gotten no where except for excuses and excuses. Submit this form and this request and wait for response. Really? NBSCNN. Very very poor customer service!"

"I used this agency in the past and didn’t have a issue as long as I bought and paid for the tickets. This time I requested a refund and what a nightmare. I booked a trip to Italy, even took out ticket insurance, then the COVID 19 virus happened! With a doctors note for my fiancé that he cannot travel I started the refund process. From the beginning I was lied to! I understand we are in a time that a lot of businesses experience tremendous pressure however at least be honest with your clients and once you give them a time line stick to it! I requested a refund for my 4 tickets to Italy by beginning of April. First I was told I need to request the refund directly with Air France, submitted all the required documents only to be told by Air France this is not true ASAP need to commence the refund. I was finally told that a refund claim was started on 27 May. During this period until now I was told so many stories, what a stressful and frustrating time. At first I was told that the money was refunded to my credit card and I will receive it within 5 business days only to call again after 5 days to hear it was never refunded to my card it was sent to ASAPS refund department I was told 60 days and I will have my money ( I HAVE ALL THIS IN EMAIL) . In the meantime I was also talking to Air France who in the end told me that my 4 tickets were refunded on 12 July to the credit card by which the tickets were paid for ( ASAP tickets ) Super exciting right! Now I will finally receive my money. However All I hear from ASAP is that I have to wait for my refund it can take up to 90 days . I have now been waiting going into the 3rd month and Air France confirmed my money was sent to ASAP. I have NEVER dealt with a travel agency that is so inconsistent and that is providing constant mis information. I have now sent multiple emails saying okay you received my refund from air france how long before I receive my money. Be aware when dealing with this agency you will hear a different story from different agents, they all tell you different stories from the money was sent to my Credit card, to 60 days and now 90 days. The agents are extremely helpful when you buy a ticket however to get money back is a disaster! I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENCY AGAIN and will ensure neither of my friends and colleagues will use them. I have been sending emails to the customer service and my “refund” agent ( have their email address and all the other agents I have been dealing with + their responses ) daily to see how long it takes for once they receive my monies from the airline to refund it back to me, since Thursday no answer. I have now send my booking number and confirmation number to asaptickets who asked for it."


"I have just contacted a Class Action Lawsuit Lawyer Pearson, Simon & Warshaw, LLP (Main Office) 15165 Ventura Boulevard Suite 400 Sherman Oaks, CA 91403- 3373 (818) 788-8300 about this company. They are stealing our refund money and not responding to efforts to contact them. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company also, please do the same."

"Terrible customer service! The absolute worse ticketing website I know. Very dishonest company. Will not return cancelled airline tickets to anyone. BEWARE THIS IS A TICKETING AGENCY CONDUCTING FRAUD!! BEWARE!!"
