Medical leave/Maternity leave was handled so unprofessionally that I should have gotten a lawyer. The dean also expects people working under her to be available nights and weekends to answer emails and texts. No staff at the Portland campus has gotten a raise in over 3 years. Cons: Terrible management, work life balance"
Groundskeeper (Former Employee) says"I cut grass in different areas of the school. Some days I would fertilize the areas, rake leaves or salt sidewalks when it snowed. I learned how to use machines and tools for yard work such as different types of lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and weed whackers. It was labor intensive but had wonderful coworkers."
