L'ange it's a luxury styling tool brand.

User "Kathryn" says that the product "Doesn't work" on an "Amazon" review of a Lange curling iron on May 14, 2018:

"I watched videos by “regular people” and assumed this product actually worked. It doesn’t. Not only that, but I also started my refund request within the 21 days (which should be a clue), and their Customer Service took so long to review my automated request (which showed I was eligible for a return), they claimed I was no longer eligible. I find that questionable business practices. I don't return items often, especially when I have to pay to return it. But, this produces zero curls. I followed all their tips, and it still didn’t work. My hair is hard to curl, but this wand was supposed to be the answer. It wasn't"

"This salon, management, and owners were extremely unprepared for what they signed up for. They promised growth, education, full time hours and benefits and then within the first week they fired two people, cut everyone’s hours, and then several people quit. They are not fair in the way they treat employees, there is an obvious favoritism going around, and even have a fellow stylist acting as their “eyes and ears” to rat others out. Save yourself the trouble. It may sound like a great salon but in the end they do a complete 180. Don’t waste your time."
