Anonymous (Current Employee) says

"Once a strong company but due to corporate's "VISION" they have created an impossible environment to be profitable. With new inexperienced senior management every couple of months they might as well shut the doors. The only way this plant will run in the future will be under a new corporate structure. So sad, pompous europeans running it into the ground. The benefits are good, but only because they are implemented by Corporate CCL and not the Sioux Falls GM and HR.Senior Management that really does not understand the manufacturing process, new mid-level management in place that also know very little about the busines, Something different is tried every few weeks each time the new GM completes another book, The HR department is not to be trusted and way past the need to retire"

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"This is a company that wants its employees to be miserable, and devote their lives to the company. If your ill they want you to go back to work they don't care if you infect everyone else that works there, they do pharmaceutical labels, what about spreading your germs to the labels so people that are really ill get worse maybe???While I was working there I used to contemplate suicide everyday, I eventually gave up in the end and thought unemployment was better than that. You get a disciplinary if you want to talk to any colleague even work related, so there's no team building involved in the company and no change of growing in the company - people been there 20 plus years and still doing the same job.The company encourages, brown nosing and likes employees to behave in a dog eat dog manner, you get praised for this but no pay rise or any other incentive.Human Resources, is the worst HR imaginable, so up their own arses that they don't care about the staff or their welfare when really they're not going to advance past their current position. If you take time of sick and have a doctors note they will still try and put you on a disciplinary even if it's your first absence.Glad to get out, now my career is progressing.ok if you want to work on your own and have no social lifeback stabbing staff, hr don't do their job properly"
