Kruger National Park doesn't have customer service, and canceled reservations are not refunded, 'F B' claims at google reviews

"We canceled the reservation in early June asking for a refund, to date we have not received any information about it except an automatic reply email that says to contact the call center by email, always via email, which sends back a message with the same indications. I am very perplexed that in 2020 such a large park will not be able to give an answer after almost four months. What a disappointment!"

User "Nathan Ro" writes a negative review on Kruger National Park on the "TripAdvisor" website in August 2020:

"The website doesn't work. No one answers a phone ever. People at the gate not equipped to help. Customer support is an answering machine."
