Nestlé Purina Petcare is an American subsidiary of Nestlé. It produces and markets pet food, treats, and cat litter. Some of its pet food brands include Purina Pro Plan, Purina Dog Chow, Friskies, Beneful and Purina ONE. The company was formed in 2001 by combining Nestlé's Friskies Petcare Company with Ralston Purina, which acquired it for $10.3 billion. As of 2012, it is the second-largest pet food company globally and the largest in the United States.

Nestlé Purina Petcare sucks because they are providing low-quality pet food at a high price. It ranks in the top 10 worst food for both dogs and cats. The food contains low carbohydrate and other mediocre nutrients and minerals. Which may cause many health-related issues and diseases? This worst quality food is responsible for food poisoning in many pets and also lead to serious condition and in some cases even cause death. Like humans, pet’s bodies also require good nutrition for leading a healthy lifestyle. Nestlé Purina Petcare (kitten Chow) plays with the life of many pets and the feeling of their masters which is a big suck.

"I placed an order on a Thursday and when checking on it the next day, I saw that the website showed that I had no orders. I was not able to call Friday to ask about it, so I called Saturday morning. At that time I was told my order had been cancelled due to Pet Flow not being able to obtain the items from the vendor. I have no problem with this, and understand that this happens. What I have a problem with is not being informed immediately that my order had been cancelled. When I called on Saturday morning I was informed that an email was to be sent out on Monday. This is not acceptable as I needed to know in order to go shopping over the weekend if necessary. I will not be placing any future orders with Pet Flow."

"Still waiting for my food to arrive. Was told it would be here over a week ago. Customer service was not good. Only got excuses. Though that this was going to be a good way to order food for my dog. I am disabled and unable to drive. Found out that another company could of gotten it here sooner and cheaper. Pet Flow cannot give me any assurance that this will not happen again."


"The delivery service has been terrible the last three shipments. I still have not received the order that you want me to rate. Another order is supposedly on the way. We’ll see if any of the two orders ever show up."


"Very inferior dog toys. My puppy chew them up the first day."
