Travel Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Answering inbound calls to customers planning a vacation. The commission always got smaller. They are very micromanaged, meaning they know how much time you spend away from your desk and off the phones. They count the time you go to the bathroom, how long you took for break. You spend most of your time away from home so if you have children, you rarely will see them bc you will work lots of hours. If you have to take off days bc your children get sick or you get sick. You will be fired. Accuraces just for breathing. Cons: They own you. Everything else."

"It started out as a fun place to work. They decided to keep piling on more and more work. We only had two supervisors but enough work for at least 3 or 4 supervisors. We were asked to work overtime, and if we couldn't we were almost threatened that our job would be in jeopardy. Cons: forced to work overtime, jobs threatened when you couldn't"

Maintaining monthly sales quotas and providing the highest level of customer service"
