Karl & Co is a Norwegian situation comedy created by Tore Ryen, starring Nils Vogt reprising his role as Karl Reverud from the popular sitcom. It aired on TV 2, running for three seasons from 1998 to 2001, a total of 63 episodes.

There's not enough man power to process the orders and not enough brain power among management to find a solution. Instead they waste thousands of dollars on customer satisfaction classes when the company only sells B2B. hospitals are going to order from the company because its their JOB. "I worked as a temp and never missed a day or a Saturday morning. Some spanish employees cannot communicate well in English and its tough to speak with them. We were drilled how important following procedure was and when I found out my group were skipping steps in assembly I brought it up to supervisor and was quickly silenced and my assignment ended. I feel my supervisor felt threatened and removed me. I was told by others that they experienced the same thing about procedure not being followed. I suggest never use a KARL STORZ endoscope unless you want a medical mishap because frankly the bottom line at this company is money. I would call the government regulators but I'll wait until someone loses their life to an infection because of faulty assembly and see how they will reimburse the family of a dead loved one. Cons: You will need to be fluent in Spanish just to communicate"

"This used to be an amazing company to work for. However, now they are cracking down, sitting supervisors and other higher up to sit behind people and see how quick they are working. Processes change daily and people are expected to produce the same amount of work with daily changes, sometimes more than one. If you go to someone and say you're having trouble they do not care. They just tell you to do more work. It's no wonder so many people have been leaving the company. Cons: Everything"

"A crazy amount of training for a temp position! Over 400 hours plus weekly training after that was completed. The company wanted more and more out of me and expected me to take on more and more responsibilities without being hired as a FT employee. As a temp you are excluded from all company events or outings. Did not make me feel like part of the team. Very clicky office environment also. Don’t get on the bad side of HR! Made promises that were not kept and changed my schedule that was agreed upon when I took the assignment. Cons: Broken promises"

The managers are not professional, they should change HR people and hire people who care for the employees and not management. Over use the power of authority. "I have been working at KARL STORZ full-time for more than a year Cons: This company has the worst middle management I’ve ever encountered. I have not encountered a single competent middle manager here. They have no idea on how to manage and are woefully technologically deficient. Bullying is rampant here and from everyone I talked to, the managers don’t tell them anything. The only skill that the managers have is passing the buck and blaming others for their incompetence. Some of these managers are also protected since they are part of the old boy’s club and won’t be punished ever. None of these managers even try to grow or even try to improve their skills. There is no accountability at the company and the managers only care about one thing – looking good in front of upper management (specifically Sales and Marketing). Teams also operate in silos and do not help one another. The company is also too sales oriented and promotions are almost impossible unless you work in Sales and Marketing. Unless you work in those jobs and mainly sales since marketing is an afterthought, forget about having a challenging job or even growing. If you stay here, you will be far behind your peers in technology and skill. The training here is pathetic, and you will not grow here at all. What you do here in the first month is what you will be doing for the rest of your job. Also, the technology here is awful and I can’t even believe the company is competitive in this field. There is no CRM system and the SAP system is horrifically implemented. The company is trying to pursue data science/machine learning/analytics but their attempt is risible as one, no one in management understands analytics or has a clue what it’s about and two, the systems are pathetic and almost no data is collected out on the field. Morale here is also incredibly low and that has to do with the culture here. Managers don’t support their subordinates. Also, all the comments here about the lack of diversity (both racial and gender) in management is true. There are almost no African American managers here despite the large number of African American individual contributors. Overall, stay away if you want to maintain your sanity."

Outside field employees, thats for the men. Very manager heavy with very poor quality managers at the top. Poor overall corporate communication and continuity."

Slow shipping, they didn’t ship my hoodie which was expensive and now they are procrastinating in refund, telling me that they are investigating with UPS and I shouldn’t use other stuff from the parcel... it’s awful!"

"My order was incomplete, delivery took them more than a week, and they refused to even partially refund me for missed item (i asked for a delivery fee refund). Very low standards, big barcode stickers glued to the products. Highly disappointed, not recommend to anyone."

"I purchased a bag for my Wife from Karl Lagerfeld Online. I emailed customer services with a complaint (46321766) about the strap with images attached. The chain links have large gaps & the bag falls on the pavement because the leather tab that attaches to the strap slips through the gaps in the chain & as a result the bag detaches itself & falls to the ground.

KL replied on 07/02 'We contacted the relevant department on the matter and will get back to you as soon as possible', that was the last I heard despite contacting them via email on 2 other occasions since. The website states: 'We will respond to all queries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays'...this is not the case!

I am very disappointed in the level of customer service from KL, especially when my complaint is about a genuine design fault with the bag. They have taken way too long to respond to my case & as a result I am leaving a negative review."
