K. C. Jones is an American retired professional basketball player and coach. He is best known for his association with the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association, with whom he won 11 of his 12 NBA championships.

Sam Goldaper for the New York Times mentioned how K.C. Jones got discharged from being the Bullets’ Coach, "K. C. Jones joined the growing list of unemployed National Basketball Association coaches. Jones's dismissal came from the frustration of the Bullets’ failure to win the championship even though their personnel was regarded as the best in the league. Last season the Bullets got, to the championship round but were embarrassed by four successive losses to the Golden State Warriors. There were also reports that Jones clashed with Bob Ferry, his general manager."

They are very unappreciative of their employees and the good workers! They are you are more about having a body then they are worried about the good workers that make the place what it is!"
