Just Rentals was started more than a decade ago, in 2002, by Peggy Fenton. Within a few years, Vernon MacHardy joined her and Peggy's son, Justin, also became a part of the team. As the years passed, the team grew and Just Rentals now has a staff that is dedicated to providing homeowners with great property management and tenants with great customer service. Today, Just Rentals is one of the most recognizable names for property management in the Central Texas area.

One angry customer shared this in a review: "Just Rentals company was by far one of the worse ones I've dealt with. They were unprofessional and violated our property management contract multiple times with utter disregard. I eventually had to report them to the Texas Real Estate Commission so use caution when doing business with this company." Update: 27 May 2020 - "The owner Justin contacted my spouse cursing and threatening to sue us if I don't take down this review. Nothing in my review has been fabricated so again says a lot about this company as a whole."

"Supposedly this company has a no cancellation fee. When I went to cancel my car rental for four months away (wedding canceled due to the Corona Virus) I was told that there is a $30 fee because so many people are canceling. So you're going to take it out on your customers??? You wont ever see me as a customer again! Dale"

"I needed to cancel due to the coronovirus shutdowns. They told me that my refund would take 7-10 business days and there would be a $35 cancellation fee. 2 weeks later, nothing. After over 20 minutes on the phone, they are trying to take a $75 cancellation fee. This is dishonesty at it's finest."

"Easy enough on line procedure. Could not be the price. Had to cancel because my wife has heart disease and the corona virus fears are showing to be of higher risk foe senior citizens and my wife's condition. Need less to say I canceled outside of 48 hours and only returned $40 of my fee. I will pay more to go with someone who is a little more gracious and understanding."

"When I selected this vehicle, pick up was at the airport... after signing up it then switched to off airport pick up. That was one of the most important things about selecting a rental car for me!"
