"If u like ur weekends off this is not for u on top ull probably be two years with not raise lack of training seems like theres nobody incharge and sometimes feels like the company is against you they put it all pretty on ur orintation but once ur on the floor u will see how it is seen so many ppl quit cuz lack of compensation and they say cuz ur getting ot thats ur compensation in reality who likes to work 12 hours for 6 days straight Cons: Not enough time off and one of there sayings was r is is we respect ur time off"

That means they could have paid everyone there a $1500 Christmas bonus and that still would have amounted to less than 1% of their profits. I left in July of 2020, and the last Christmas "bonus" we received, after working all year in a glass plant where summertime temps in certain areas within the building reached, as verified by an outside contractor, 185 degrees, was a $5 coffee cup. And this company is owned by a family whose estimated wealth is more than 40 billion dollars. If you ever want to look up the definition of greed, just research the owners of Guardian Industries. "I wanted to like this job but there is too much dysfunction at the plant and the corporate office. People are frustrated and burned out with long hours and unpredictable work schedules. Management is a revolving door every 2 years a new plant manager, supervisors, hr and finance. Safety is a joke. Cons: Poor communications; manager didn't know my name after 3 months working for him."

"Too many family members work together and they always have the first advantage at positions that come open because their family member is a part of management. Cons: Two 20 minutes breaks not fair. Two 15 minutes breaks and a 30 minute lunch is fair to me, do the math."

"Horrible place to work. One of the absolute worst employer's I ever experienced. Our company was absorbed by Guardian and they used their own managers to "clean house" and be rid of the previous management. No team building here folks. Tactics included extreme verbal and emotional abuse in front of peers, excessive workloads, unrealistic goals and expectations. I still carry the scars from working there."

"Worked there for 12 years in Multiple areas of the plant. Was great at first but really changed when Koch Inc took over. Just watch your back because you can get accused of something you didn’t do and get terminated. FYI I won my case because cameras don’t lie. Hr needs attention and restructuring. They rely on management to handle there issues. $$$$ is good when your there."

The culture and work environment was so horrible 8-12 production supervisors who were salary decided to leave within 12 months,"

"From day one the older employees that been there for years had told me to run from the company. I’m thinking why haven’t you left? Throughout my experience I heard nothing but racist remarks. From management I received nothing but harassment. All peers complemented me on my hard work. HR decided to let me go before I called corporate on them from situations I had to deal with. I’m working up something right now to stop this"

"They have sister in laws, cousins, and bestfriend kids working here and they give them more lead way than they do people who come to work and do their job. One Supervisor gave her bestfriend daughter a lead position and there was other people who were a whole lot more qualified. There is also two sister in laws working together in management and they have their favorite picks. I don't have a typical or a enjoyable part about this job. When they get rid of all the family working together in management maybe this could become a better place to work."

Wish Don't Tell Me it's not doable! I happen to know for a fact it is! This is unexceptionable, this is ridiculously insane! A terrible way to do business!!! When I sign in to my Wish account, they've done bumped my date to another 3-4 weeks. They're using Covid-19 as their scape goat. I've ordered many items from eBay, where shipping was free...from China. And received those items within weeks. Yes, a few weeks! Not months, upon months of waiting! Wish Don't Tell Me it's not doable! I happen to know for a fact it is! This is unexceptionable, this is ridiculously insane! A terrible way to do business!!! I will not ever be ordering from Wish again ever!!! And I definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone!!!"
