James Beeland Rogers Jr. (born October 19, 1942) is an American investor and financial commentator based in Singapore. Rogers is the Chairman of Beeland Interests, Inc. He was the co-founder of the Quantum Fund and Soros Fund Management. He was also the creator of the Rogers International Commodities Index (RICI).

Rogers does not consider himself a member of any school of economic thought, but has acknowledged that his views best fit the label of the Austrian School of economics.

"5 months since my flights were cancelled, no contact, no money and now there is no phone number to call, 28 unanswered emails over 5 months, live chat isn't available. Thieves!!!!!!! If every other company can still manage to answer the phone then what ant love holidays ?????? I know why, because they don't have all the money they've taken. Also to add they have now removed the button that allows me to message them via manage my booking, I have contacted easyjet and they tell me to contact love holidays who are impossible to contact. Good bye money !!!!!!!"

"Booked a holiday and flight was cancelled. JET2 provided refund. Was advised on Loveholidays website that they would contact customers in date order to discuss refund. Heard nothing so emailed as per advice (calling is tricky, I’m hearing impaired). Tried to email twice - no response. Tried calling-no longer accepting calls. Have tried to access live chat for six weeks. Finally got through on Sunday. Advised I had to choose option that I no longer wanted to travel despite this not being the case. Agreed to this as I had only booked accommodation and not flight via company so rights were different to those of a package deal. Grudgingly agreed to this only to be advised when I attempted cancellation that I had to pay the full amount as it’s less than 28 days till we were meant to travel. To add insult to injury, I have twice been booted from live chat today after being in a queue for over 2 hours Safe to say I won’t be booking with Loveholidays again. I appreciate these are unprecedented times but my patience threshold has now been reached. Read too that only 4% of people who booked via this company have had full refunds ?"

"Absolutely awful. We have no hotel to go to but they have sent me a message to say enjoy your holiday because my flight is still going. I will never ever even think to use them again."
