"Was very good till it became paydays, and he couldnt pay the employees. I went 3 months without pay and then when I quit, he gave me a 300 dollart check and that was it."

"Not a great place. Patients tend to wait anywhere from 15-60 min to get into their "scheduled" appointment. Not a steady staff. Unreliable contacts. Director does not keep his word with employees and or patients."

"JD.com (JOY BUY) forced me to pay an extra $35 for the same product, because it was not sent for some unexplained reason (after I had to follow up after 3 weeks of ordering). From China to HK, should not take that long. They did not answer reason for delay and refunded the $25.

Due to the unreasonable delay, I had to pay a higher price to buy the same product, (which I originally bought for $25 originally).

That was on 16 July and still waiting for reason for delay some kind of compensation."

"I ordered clothes online and they did not fit so I went to return them and it is charging me more to return them and the shipping cost to get them here! On top of that the return process is so bad that it is almost worth not bothering! Will not be using the online service again."

"At first everything seems ok until you have to deal with support. The seller deliberately was making misleading description of goods, when in fact the received goods were worse than in a description. The support refuses to compensate for wrong goods. Don't buy here."

"Ordered nvidia shield over three weeks ago, email for contact isn’t a valid email no other contact if other that a address on the web page. I’m contacting my bank today and filling a claim of fraud against these crooks. Don’t waist your time with these thieves."

• Seller on the store is not responding
• Not one email from the site - does not answer
• Group JD Russia: does not respond
• The official group in Russia (vkontakte) does not answer (also I was buned in this official group)
• The negative reviews on the official website, on the page Xiaomi redmi 2, which I ordered on the site removed immediately leave only positive"

"They send you defective goods from "jd Collection" and then blame you for manufacturing defects! I got a phone with the same defect TWICE. First time around, I had to ship it back and wait for a month to have them credit me. And they only credit back shipping cost as a coupon!

Now I got another version of the same phone (UMIDIGI) which came with the same defect as the first one (bad screen oleophobic coating - visible lines when you smear the screen with your finger which disappear when the screen is wiped with a cloth). Sent them a video and they are saying the line looks like a crack! How can it be a crack when it can be wiped off?? Don't buy from them, there are much better sellers out there!

EDIT: I finally had this sorted out, not to my satisfaction but at least they were willing to work with me. Upped rating to 2*"
