Director (Former Employee) says

"Failure of C-Suite leadership (specifically the CEO) has disengaged the organization which has created high attrition (customers and employees) and decreased sales and revenue. If the current leadership team remains in place, I doubt the company will be able to survive much longer."

Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) says

"I really just don't want or need to do this. And It's less likely that I'm going to complete my registration with your site with every passing keystroke."

Field Service Technician (Former Employee) says

"Several of the managers are only concerned with working their way up the ladder and how they look to other managers. They will throw you under the bus any chance they get to save their own skin. Absolutely no loyalty to their employees. Cons: Only concerned with the bottom dollar and will get rid of you at the drop of a hat for any reason"

Customer Account manager (Former Employee) says

"- Managed inthinc’s executive accounts and ensured growth, adoption, implementation, training, and overall account support. Cons: Top heavy and unstable, it's a start up and is not profitable yet."

Accounting (Former Employee) says

"The typical day at inthinc was spent in meetings with various departments and the management team. The primary driver of these meetings was to provide data and find solutions to the interdepartmental deficiencies the company encountered. Cons: Lack of job security"

Accounting Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Fun but closed down. Accounting department was very friendly and my manager was the best your can have. The CEO was terrible and not involved in the company whatsoever."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time Cons: Leadership is absent. No teamwork. It is a survivor environment where everyone is working against each other instead of as a team."

Engineering says

"I have been working at inthinc Technology Solutions Cons: The company leadership does not provide a well thought out business strategy, They are unwilling to hold the engineering management accountable for poorly designed, unreliable and untested products. The products (both hardware and software) are released with known defects. There are many better quality, less expensive and easier to implement product available on the market they have a difficult time competing. They continue to loss major accounts to the competition for all the reasons mentioned above. The company is in an unrecoverable, downward spiral and I need to hit the eject button as soon as possible."

Former Employee - Technical Support Representative says

"I worked at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time for less than a year Cons: Nearly one year after working for inthinc, their accounting office discovered they made some incorrect deposits. Trying to resolve this, a year and some months later, has proven to be difficult."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time Cons: Office is too open, zero privacy. Code base is jumbled and hacked together from original enginners that had little idea of structure."

Current Employee - Software Engineer says

"I have been working at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time for more than 8 years Cons: Management lacks in leadership. Time and money will be wasted on initiatives only to be abandoned before completion. Product is rushed, incomplete, or defective. You'll end up doing the work of multiple people and won't be paid well doing it. Most of the employees have left for other, better opportunities. The people left behind have to try to maintain or improve an outdated product line. Blatant nepotism for the CEO's children. Haven't had a raise in several years."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time for less than a year Cons: Micro managing, everyone thinks they are "high and mighty". A lot of attitude from other employees, not friendly at all. One of the worst groups I've ever worked with except for the Accounting/HR department. They've recently been purchased by another company so we'll see how that goes. They've always had money problems. Owners not giving enough to take care of bills and things. Also there's a hot dog restaurant right next to this building so be prepared to smell that a lot. It's disgusting"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time Cons: A bit heavy on the office politics; and due to the business being tied heavily to the oil and gas industry they have had several years with employee layoffs."

Developer says

"I worked at inthinc Technology Solutions for less than a year Cons: Did I mention opportunities for advancement? Yeah, that's because they've lost most of their talented developers. There are some real culture clashes between a few key leadership roles and the devs. They've had good people quit en masse, and lost the majority of their tribal knowledge. Also some serious, serious concerns about the financial future of the company. Given that profits are low to negative, and there is very, very little capacity for innovation left, I suspect the company is in a death spiral."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time for less than a year Cons: Poor leadership. Constant infighting on executive staff."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at inthinc Technology Solutions full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Seemingly disengaged Executive Leaders. Too many product lines make it difficult to be a subject matter expert. No processes No organizational decision making authority below Exec level No accountability for poor performance or mechanism to recognize good performance."
