Production Operative (Former Employee) says

"Had this job 10 months, was temporary full time through agency, they started 6 new workers and 6 of us trained them up who had been there a while, once the new starts were trained up by us they rid of me and the other 5, would not recommend this place at all, poor management, not looked after whatsoever!!!"

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"I would never work there again. The manager was extremely sexist and overpowering to the girls that I helped manage. He would scream and yell at them and make innapropriate jokes. Ontop of the fact that both himself and his manager didn’t follow the CEO at all in what his wishes and drive was for the company."

"Very happy to have moved on. They really only care about money not ppl. Very sad to waist any time or money there. Happy to have traveled for work, but i never had a day off, and my job was always on the line. Very over worked, and disrespected. Cons: not a place to work"

"I am a very hard worker and would like to be at a company that I can grow. I gain hands on experience with working with consumers and also making up strategies for business growth."

Vice President of Marketing and Development (Former Employee) says

"This WAS the worst place of business in the history of US Employment! Imagine a CEO like "Lumburg" from the movie Office Space, and work conditions like a sweatshop in China. Employees worked on commission for a company with a horrible reputation. The ownership got rich, while the employees basically work hard for weekly bonus incentives. Primarily because customer retention was too low for sales commissions to amount to much more than gas money. The company eventually went out of business and the world is now a better place...good riddance."

Regional Customer Service Manager (Former Employee) says

"It was by far the worst working experience in my career. Owner was extremely unprofessional and never treated any of his employees the way he should have. The rest of the management team was so scared of him they did not add value to the company. Best decision to close this company down. They were lying to customers and making promises they could not keep to just gain a dollar, Very sad! Cons: Everything"

"Appointments and Outbound calls with emails Cons: short lunch and no breaks"

Receptionist/Office Assistant (Former Employee) says

Schedruling Coorddinator (Former Employee) says

"Very disappointed in this employer , thought this job was going to be a great stepping stone to gain experience but they turned out to be the worst company ive ever worked for. training is horrible. Cons: management, training, daily task, being on training for two months and then being let go due to progress"

Receptionist (Former Employee) says

"There was not enough work going on there was more talking about going to parties and their personal lives. Cons: too much talking, not enough working, lunch break"

Operator (Former Employee) says

"Werken alleen buitenlanders als nederlander wordt je er gediscrimineerd ook een vaste baan ga je daar ook nooit krijgen de teamleider is ook buitenlander dus je snapt het al ga hier als nl nooit werken het is echt een drama Cons: oneerlijk bedrijf met totaal geen kansen op vaste baan"

Former Employee - Marketing says

"I worked at Interface full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Toxic culture of disrespect with a cutthroat mindset that pervades the organization. Imbalance of male to female leaders, and female leaders play into the same politics. Nothing about the published corporate values is lived in the day to day, it's all for show. Zero trust from the bottom to the top. Working at Interface is like being in an abusive relationship with a gas-lighting partner."

Former Employee - Executive Assistant says

"I worked at Interface full-time for more than a year Cons: Passive-aggressive and toxic behavior. Micro-managing, lack of trust and respect"

Former Employee - Warehouse Worker says

"I worked at Interface full-time for more than a year Cons: There benefits the people you break your back for little pay"

Former Employee - CSS says

"I worked at Interface full-time Cons: Disgusting display of favoritism. Immature managers who not only encourage, but perpetuate middle school type gossip, back-stabbing and bullying. Management who refused to acknowledge their own mistakes, yet would make me feel like a complete moron for making a mistake with something that I had never been trained to know in the first place. When seeking help and training, my requests were ignored. I was let go for “too many mistakes” but I was never shown the errors, nor how to fix them. If you’re a favorite, you’re safe and valued. Everyone else is disposable."

Former Employee - Welder says

"I worked at Interface full-time for less than a year Cons: Click . If you don't fit you won't last."

Development Director says

"I worked at Interface Cons: It was a scam to clients."

Current Employee - IT Employee says

"I have been working at Interface full-time for more than a year Cons: I would not recommend this place to anyone working in IT. Technology is done the old way and everything gets outsourced! It's not a healthy environment and upper management thinks treating everyone as a child is leadership. Everyone loves to throw you under the bus and not work as a team or blame a vendor. Horrible decision making, if they actually make one. There are a lot of people who have been here a LONG time... that's because they have no where else to go!"

Former Employee - IT Employee says

"I worked at Interface full-time for more than 3 years Cons: My #1 problem with this company is the management is beyond horrible... extramarital affairs with their secretary (and everyone knows what's going on), ex-convict, or they just don't know what they're talking about. And they spend millions of $$$$$ on technology they can't implement or understand themselves and then skip out on giving bonuses when it comes time for that. #2, this company has no talent. If you're still there and haven't left, what does that say about you?"

Current Employee - Analyst says

"I have been working at Interface full-time for less than a year Cons: Too much work. Too much management. New management has no clue. Interface spends too much money on things they don't need. So much waste. All my friends are gone. They got laid off or quit."

Former Employee - Talent Recruiter says

"I worked at Interface full-time for less than a year Cons: too much pressure management is crazy unorganized always on call no breaks"
