"With InsulaIr you are not considered a client but as nothing." says "Séverine P" on an Amazon review on June 26, 2017:
"We traveled 2 times with Inselair in 2 years, the first time in September second time in June. The 2 times this company changed the flights without let us know about it! We wait 12 hours totally in airports to do 2H 20 min of flights!! We were not the only ones because we know a total of more than 100 people who have got that's happened! we use to move with a lot of other flights company and even if they are late or if they canceled the flights they let you know or damage you for either thing from the customer department. With Insulair you are not considered as a client but as nothing."
Machine Operator (Current Employee) says"Poor management. Low-tech. Labor intensive. I worked extrusion; hired on with operator(tech) experience. They put me to work packing and never gave me the opportunity to operate. Advancement seemed to be for people they liked, especially if you were a certain color I.e. Pacific Islander or Asian. Similar jobs in this area paid at least $2.00 an hour more. My supervisor had no extrusion experience. Very arrogant management Cons: Pay, benefits, ignorant supervisors"
