Asministrator (Current Employee) says"Poor pay. Management are a joke. I resigned from aramex because of poor values and pay. During my notice period I feel that management have let me down badly. They brought someone in to take over my role on MORE pay and told me I had to train them. The reason I am leaving is because of the poor pay so how can they expect me to train someone that is in more. However I refused to train them as it is not in my contract and I have received a lot of backlash because of this. Management are just bullies and HR was sat there on one occasion and did nothing about it. Pathetic companyCant think of anyLong hours, no proper support and bullying from management if you dont do as they say"
