Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"This company is a joke. They fired me after 4 days for getting a 80% on a test instead of 85% I think that’s extremely unnecessary. And they didn’t give me my last pay check until 3 weeks after the fact. Super unprofessional. Cons: Everything"

Team Leader/Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"24-7 intouch is a "2nd chance employer" Meaning they will hire people with criminal records almost regardless of the crime. That is not a bad thing, It's actually really great for the community. The issue with that is because they are some people's last chance to get a job that isn't a fast food place, is that they have little regard for employee retention. They do not need to worry about coaching their agents up to standard because if they fire somebody, there will always be another person who needs the job. Cons: everything else"

Customer Service Representatives (Former Employee) says

"Pay & benefits"

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says

"I have worked in many call centers and this is the worst. Pay is not tied to performance in any way. The operation managers rule with fear, often reminding all that they are all easily replaceable. This is the most unprofessional work environment ihaveever heard of. It doesn't matter how well you perform or how long you have worked there, there is no such thing as a raise or a cost of living increase. You can work here for years and be great at your job and you will still be making the same money as the new employee that just finished training. No benefits and no support from management. Cons: No paid lunches or breaks, no room for advancement, no benefits, no job security, horrible managers."

So much more problems..."

"The company is a second chance company with, sometimes, first chance employees. I have an education, my MBA, and I will never hold that over my colleagues head as we sincerely come from all diverse walks of life with beneficial skill sets. Majority of us have gone through rough patches or times in our lives. Cons: Pay Structure, Appreciation"

Former Employee - Social Media Manager says

"I worked at 24-7 Intouch full-time for less than a year Cons: Pay is garbage. Benefits are also terrible. Little to no accurate training. You'll be receiving training from 20 somethings who have been on the line for 6 months. Utter lack of qualified leads and IT personnel. Constantly receiving conflicting information with no standard operating procedures. Multiple line resources are outdated in what little training you receive. Incredibly high turn and burn. Training classes of 30+ regularly drop to 5 individuals within a week after training."
