Receiving Manager (Former Employee) says"Management was very unorganized and were rarely on the same page. Day to day protocols were not followed. Very unsafe work environment. Management is very temperamental."

Donation Scheduler (Former Employee) says"Work load was not evenly distributed, if you were “in with the manager” you got to basically do whatever. The assistant manager is lazy and constantly wants to jump on you if you stop for a second to take a break. Everyone’s supposed to help lift and move furniture but I have never seen her lift anything but her phone. The head cashier is older & acts extremely nice to your face but runs her mouth about you with lies to the boss. Everything there is so unorganized. The main manager is constantly leaving to go run “errands” & no one there can pass a drug test. Cons: Lazy managers"

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) says"I would NOT recommend working here. They really DO NOT CARE about the cause or their employees . They take advantage of both. They expect too much work for way too little pay. You get no information about any help they may be doing for their community that makes you wonder if they’re really doing any. Where does the money really go? Workers are very under appreciated. Cons: Overworked, underpaid, easily replaced"
Truck driver/Store Accociate (Former Employee) says"Not good pay for all the work you do. No one appreciates what you do. You don’t get treated nicely. Do not work for this place. Trucks are not reliable. They wait until the last second to fix the trucks. One broke down while someone was driving it. Told them weeks in advance that they need to get it fixed. Cons: Everything ."
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) says"Do not trust management, the volunteers were great people to work with. If you like cleaning junk, this is the job for you. You will be responsible for assigning jobs to the volunteers and keeping yourself busy. Basically cleaning old toilets and wiping down used items with a wet rag. ( no gloves )"

Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) says"I have 3 years of forklift experience in the company but never got forklift certified even though I made SEVERAL requests. They had me forklifting TONS of materials into people's personal vehicles on the DAILY. It felt very unsafe. Also after working there for almost 3 years I am still being paid the minimum wage. And that's just how things are at the Restore."
Construction Manager (Former Employee) says"I did not enjoy my time with habitat. I was lied to the entire time I was employed with them. I wasn't given the raise I was promised and when I asked about it they threatened to fire me. The hours of work were way longer than previously agreed upon. The CEO is verbally abusive and petty. This is a horrible place to work. Cons: Cant believe anything they tell you."
Fleet crew (Former Employee) says"Smile in your face and tell you hoodies are unprofessional while walking around barefoot with their pets indoors, and dating your coworkers. Good benifits tho."
Donations coordinator (Former Employee) says"Even though it’s supposed to be a non profit, they only care about profit. The upper management I’m sorry to say this, are not very bright and extremely superficial and uncaring on all sides. You literally work you’re butt off every day, and have to answer to a 75 German woman who isn’t caught up with the times and barely knows how to use a cell phone, and the only thing she’s good at is barking orders and making coffee."

The site looks manageable as a shift time clicker.
No matter how fast your internet speed is, or how good is your machine is to use this site, you will find yourself getting stuck in between.
The site is not at all integrated, optimized to anything, been using this platform since 2015, and it just keeps getting worst day by day.
Their customer support is somewhat automated regardless.
You cannot just make an excuse of its not the site's issue of being slow or clunky or get stuck even if you just click on any schedule. In 2020 it shouldn't be acting like a site from 1998."
