Honeywell is a Fortune 100 company, and was ranked 77th in 2018.

In a fraud case, the U.S. Supreme Court should reinstate claims that Honeywell International Inc. defrauded the U.S. Army under a $162 million project to supply electricity at Fort Richardson, Alaska, whistleblowers said in a newly filed petition for review. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit improperly concluded that they failed to support their claim that Honeywell made false guarantees about cost savings in violation of the False Claims Act, they said.

"I worked for Honeywell for 6 months that was my first assembly job and it will probably be my last I worked at the downtown location making masks at first I loved the job but the longer I was there the worse it got. They want you to move as fast as the speed of light and a person can only move so fast so during your shift someone is constantly telling you to move faster there is lots of favoritism and it's very unorganized. It took them 4 months to give me access to the HR website. Very high turnover. I could go on and on about Honeywell but I don't feel like writing a book lol Cons: Management sucks and they make anyone a lead"

"Would not ever recommend anyone ever work for honeywell. For a large company they have horrible insurance and binifits the pay is sub par for the hazardous materials and work condition. Wouldn't even recommend for work experience to go somewhere else"

"Let me start by saying the work you do here is probably going to be the easiest work you can do at a factory/warehouse. Now, this is the first job I’ve had where I feel like this place genuinely does not care about me at all. I know most companies don’t care for the regular employee anymore, but Honeywell is a different breed. I work at the London, OH location. You get absolutely no help from HR. You don’t even have a normal sit down and fill out paperwork process like you do at most jobs. They literally expect you to do their job for them. The supervisors/upper management are absolutely clueless. You work 6 days a week regardless, and don’t get me wrong, I like to work and make OT, but this place will have no work for you to even do and have you standing there for hours just twiddling your thumbs. The work-life balance is OK cause you only work 8 hours but I mean you’re there every day except Sunday. They start temps out at the same rate as the regular employee so really the only benefit of being hired in is insurance and a 401k. I mean, you are better off with the temp agency. I know a few co workers of mine who are still begging this company to pay them hundreds of dollars they earned, asking for receipts of their own purchases they had to spend their own money on, on a trip that everything was supposed to be provided for them. This place seriously does not care and I would not recommend working here to anyone unless you just cannot find anything else at all. Sorry for the long read but this is the truth. I strongly discourage anyone to apply here. Cons: Literally everything else."

"There was 3 different plant managers is the 7 years I worked there. Unfortunately they got progressively worse each time and the success and overall productivity of the plant followed suit. Nothing more frustrating than being part of a team where you have no voice or real input. It's a place where those in charge have zero experience or understanding of the jobs being done, and zero interest in listening to the hourly employees who do them. Cons: Pay, benefits, short breaks, poorly managed"

"They would rather hire from out side than for people to move up. Management does not care about the employees. Insurance is too high priced. They do not appreciate hard working employees. 12 hours shifts . Cons: 12 hour shifts and poor management."

"The focus is not on customer Service. Management does everything in its power to discourage connecting with the customer and providing a positive experience. The only people they treat worse than their customers are their employees. The girls that have worked there for years treat their coworkers horribly. They have the mentality of high school girls and spend more time backslapping and gossiping. This behavior is not discouraged by management Cons: The bathrooms are filthy"

"I worked for Honeywell for 15 loyal years and they closes the first plant after 8, then didnt help me place anywhere I found another honeywell plant and applied myself. Only to have my work reputation ruined by idiot managers and their buddy buddy inter-plant politics. Right before they chose to close that plant down too. They force all the tough tasks on its mid management. Then pawn all the upper management faliures off on them. Huge turn over rate of band 3s (look it up). They grade you on how buddie buddied you are and not your actual work proformance. Cons: You are just a number 100% of the time."

"The Supervisors do absolutely nothing but sit in their offices, complaining about numbers, getting upset at their best workers for being unable to reach absurd goals and then they threaten anyway who thinks differently all while forcing overtime on people. People are quitting left and right. Some shifts have less than 5 people so what does management do? Have everyone work more overtime! Cons: Management, Hr, environment"

"I have been calling Honeywell and Resideo Company for over two weeks unable to reach them.I tried all the companies phone number left messages,never got call back till today.I have mftr warranty for 60 months for the product HZ221 TrueZone Thermostat for 2zone used for A.C.I called builder new built in 2016 and called certified A.C guy from reputed co.I was told under the warranty send it back to the co.I send so many emails so far no reply requesting them to please have somebody call back as we have senior citizens family at home.Without A.C over two weeks.I hope this message reaches to the Management people to trained their employees and assist customers in solving problems.I had to order parts from online and pay out of pocket expenses cost me $150.00."

"Don't purchase a thermostat from honeywell, I spent 1 hr and 26 min. on hold with no response. Hung up, went to Customer Support to file let them know what I think, after filling out my info and comments, went to submit and it kicked it back. "try back later" 1 1/2 hours of my life I'll never get back."
